Chapter 2 (Damian priest)

Y/n pov

(In case I forgot to mention Smackdown last night was in LA but y/n already has a house there so that's why you aren't in a hotel for this chapter. 💕)

It was Saturday morning and I decided that I wanted to know more about Rhea so I watched a few of her most recent matches and found out that she was apart of something called "the judgement day" I thought it was really cool because the group consisted of her, Finn Bálor, Damian priest and Dominik Mysterio. Me and Dominik have been friends for almost two years and I can't believe that I forgot about him working with Rhea. I grabbed my phone off my side table and decided to text Dom.

Dom pov

I haven't hung out with y/n I'm almost a week so I was actually really excited to just chill with her. I know it sounds stupid but I think that she's my best friend even though I've only known her for two years. As I was lost in thought I heard my phone ringing when I looked at the caller ID I saw that it was Rhea. "Hey Rhea what's up?" "Hey Dom Dom I just thought I'd call to see what you were doing." She sounded really happy which is kind of weird for Rhea but I decided to just leave it. "Oh well y/n is coming over to my hotel room soon so that we can chill, what about you?" "O-h wait are y-you and y/n dating?" That cheerful tone from earlier was now gone and her voice just sounded really shaky. "No no no it's not like that we're just friends and we have been for like two years." I laughed while wondering why she wanted to know. "Wait really? That's so cool I never knew that you guys were friends but I'll let you go so you can get ready for her to come over. Bye Dom Dom." The cheerful tone was back in her voice "okay bye Rhea." Man that was a really weird phone call.

Y/n pov

I pulled into the hotel parking lot and walked into the lobby. Then when I walked into the elevator I saw Damian standing beside me. "Hey Damian what's up." He looked surprised until he looked down and saw me "y/n it's great to see you what are you doing here is your room here too?" I laughed "no I'm here visiting Dom. is your room here?" He nodded "I didn't know that you and Dom were friends but yeah I'm staying here." We stayed in silence for a few seconds until Damian spoke up "hey can I get your number then maybe we could be friends and hangout sometime?" "Yeah sure it's *** *** ****." "Oh well this is my stops but I'll text you later." I nodded and waited for the elevator to go up another floor to Dom's room. I finally got onto his floor and knocked on his door. "It's open." I heard him shout so I went inside and was greeted by Dominik picking me up and hugging me so I hugged him back. "Hey y/n how's your boyfriend doing?" I froze hearing him say that because I remembered that I never told him what happened. "Oh um well he I'm I mean we aren't together anymore." I knew I was stuttering but I didn't care because I felt a tear stream down my face. "Oh no I'm so sorry what happened?" He hugged me again I buried my face into his shoulder and told him the whole story. "What y/n I'm so sorry I should go beat the fuck out of him." I could tell that he was really upset "hey hey Dom it's okay let just forget about it and let's watch a movie." Dom nodded and we decided to watch a movie. Both of us ended up falling asleep not too far after starting the movie.

I woke up and it was now 1pm so I had been asleep for almost three hours. I looked to my left and saw that Dom was still sleeping so I decided get up and have a shower while trying not to wake him up. After my shower I realized that I didn't bring a change of clothes so I just grabbed one of Dom's hoodies and a pair of sweatpants then I grabbed my phone and saw that Damian had texted me.

Elevator man
Hey Y/n it's Damian I was just wondering if you wanted to stop by the cafe downstairs and get a coffee?

Y/n
Hey yeah sure I would love too meet down there in 10 minutes?

Elevator man
Perfect see you soon ;)

I grabbed a piece of paper to tell Dom where I was in case he woke up then I started to make my way to the elevator. I got to the lobby and walked into the cafe only to be greeted by Damian who had already got us a table. "Hey sorry if I'm late I was just leaving a note for Dom because he fell asleep." I said apologetically "no your just on time I got here early just in case by the way I love that hoodie." He winked knowing that it was Dominik's "I just had a shower and forgot to bring a change of clothes so I took his." Damian nodded and we started just talked it was really nice then out of the blue he got a call. "Oh I'm sorry it's Rhea it should only take a minute." "No problem take your time." He smiled and walked outside of the cafe. I waited for Damian in the cafe. Around five minutes later Damian came back and sat down at the table. "I really am sorry about that she was just asking about her ring gear for Friday." He rolled his eyes and I laughed "it's no problem really. But I really enjoyed this day Damian it was nice and your a great friend." He smiled "hey how are you gonna get to Chicago for smackdown next week?" I had completely forgotten about next smackdown "I'm not too sure but I'll probably just fly there." I looked down because I had just gotten a text and it was from Rhea.

Hey there lover girl Dom gave me your number earlier and I just wanted to see if you wanna go out to a bar tomorrow night?

Y/n
Damn stalking me already I must have really left a good first impression and yes I would love to go with you tomorrow.
Read 2:07pm

I looked back up at Damian and saw him laughing. "What's so funny?" I asked "your texting Rhea aren't you." I nodded but was confused on how he knew. "Do you like her?" I was a little bit taken back by how forward he was with his attempt of trying to figure it out. "Okay I'm gonna be one hundred percent honest right now. I always thought that I was straight but now I don't have any interest in men and I kind of do like Rhea but I haven't told anyone because I know that she doesn't like me and I'm scared that everyone will hate me if they find out I'm not straight and I'm scared because she asked me to go out for drinks tomorrow and I said yes." He padded my back and moved closer to me trying to comfort me "hey listen to me no one is going to hate you and you have no idea if Rhea likes you or not but in my opinion she would be an idiot not too. I think I know just what you need." I smiled up at him "what do you mean." "Well we should go to the mall and help you find an outfit for you date tomorrow." He winked and I hit his shoulder "it's not a date it's just two friends going out but I actually love that idea." "Okay perfect then later tonight at around 6 I'll go to Dom's hotel room to pick you up and we'll go to the mall and I'll pay for you to get whatever outfit you want." I shook my head "nope your not paying I mean yes I'm totally up for going but your not paying." We sat there arguing over who was gonna pay until it was 2:30pm so I got up and paid for our drinks before Damian could then headed back to Dominik's room to wait until 6.

(A/N I hope you guys liked this chapter I'm sorry for not posting but I just thought I'd give you guys a heads up that this story is going to be a short story, but I'm going to make a longer Rhea Ripley x reader story after I finish this one. I hope you all have a good day/night and stay safe.)
