Sooo... guess who graduated this year!

I'm so sorry that you guys had to wait for MONTHS for an update. School, drama, and family have been keeping me in a chokehold. I was supposed to post this chapter in March. I kept writing until I got writer's block and was extremely burnt out, I didn't know how to continue, but I knew I didn't want to stop writing this book so I decided to take my time and wait for the right moment. I finally graduated high school and I decided to finish this chapter the morning I go on my vacation, before the airplane because I tried finishing last night but it was 2 am and I was tired. Apologies for everyone but I hope you understand! Enjoy!

Who knew visiting Sorens fortress could be life threatening but exciting?

Jesse ran forward but Petra was already ahead, raising her sword and knocking a creeper down the platform. The creeper blew itself against a tunnel, causing a huge to be created and zombies walking right out.
"This one's mine!" Jesse smirked as he ran down a couple of steps towards a creeper. The creeper trotted towards him, flashing white indicating it was about to explode. Luckily, Jesse harshly pushed the creeper against a wall, it blew up and created a massive hole in the wall. Multiple spiders were awakened and crawled out from the hole, heading towards everyone.

(Y/N) looked at them in disgust as they got near her. "Ew, get away from me." She sneered as she swung her swords at them. "Cmon, (Y/N)!" Petra yelled as she ran past her, she saw the group jumping down below and she quickly followed. Her feet landed on the platform, yet she stumbled a bit. "Ow, this is not gonna be good for the long term.." She sighs before running again.

The tunnels that surrounded them were pushing out water, carrying monsters of all kinds with them. Some of them landed on the bridges while some weren't lucky. (Y/N) followed behind Lukas after the group split, they both were on a huge platform that was wide enough for them to move. She looked over at Lukas, he was slightly shaking. He intensely stared at the spiders that were crawling near them. (Y/N) quickly got back to back with him, making him slightly jump. He looked over his shoulder and relaxed when he realized who it was. "Jeez, you scared me."

"You know.." She held her sword tightly, "As an Ocelot, I thought you would be used to all of this stuff." Right as she said that, a spider jumped towards her way but she quickly slashed it in half. Lukas face turned into a confused look, "What the hell is that supposed to mea- Aah!" He yelped, stepping on a spider before it could touch him.

"Didn't you and your group always go into little adventures together? From going into caves to going to the Nether? I remember Aiden would always brag about it in EVERY building competition we went to. God, it was annoying.." (Y/N) explained as she stabbed the spiders that got too close.

Lukas, while stepping on spiders, thought for a bit."Oh.. Yeah, Aiden may have exaggerated some of those stories.." He chuckled. (Y/N) rolled her eyes, "How can you stand him? In fact, how are you even friends with him? Your personalities are so different."

Lukas actually stopped what he was doing and looked at her, "You know, talking while fighting against spiders isn't my idle way of having a conversation with you." (Y/N) just hummed, smiling at his response.

"HI-YAH" Jesse yelled, alerting the nearby spider. The spider went to pounce on him but he ducked just in time, spending the poor spider flying. "Jesse, you're okay?" (Y/N) went over to him but Lukas grabbed her arm, shaking even more. Jesse stared at the two before looking at what Lukas was staring at.
On the wall next to them, groups of spiders climbed down and jumped on the same level as them. Jesse immediately ran down the steps and stood right next to them, they looked up and they heard the sounds of splashing above them.
"Hold on!" Jesse screamed, a whole wave of water rushed from above and landed onto them. It forced them to fall down, now dandling from the edge of the bridge. "Oh c'mon! Not again!" (Y/N) groaned, letting the water pass by her.
