Rojun along with Aadhi were given a compact yet comfortable room in Anand's apartment, for the rest of their stay over there. Though the setup was serene, Roja found it hard to get some sleep. She opened her eyes to the sound of her son being cranky. Looks like both mother and son were having a hard time adjusting with the new place. She got up and took Aadhi in her arms, who was lying right in the middle of his mom and dad. Roja patted him gently to calm him.

Roja: Onnum illa da...onnum illa...en chellathuku thookam varaliya? Hmm?

As she was busy with her cranky son, she wondered how could her husband sleep so peacefully inspite of Aadhi's cries. Maybe it's the effect of his pills, she thought. She turned around to have a glance at him, but found his side empty. Panicked, she got up from the bed along with Aadhi in her arms, and went out looking for him. As she walked past the living room, she heard some murmurs. It was Arjun and Anand caught in a discussion in the balcony. Roja couldn't make out what they were talking about, but was sure it's something serious on seeing the look on their faces. She decided not to probe into it and left to their room.

Next Morning.

After breakfast, Arjun and Anand were about to leave for some work. Roja wasn't happy about Arjun leaving without her.

Roja: Sir, naanum unga kuda varen.

Arjun: Illa Roja, nee ingaye iru. Naanum Anand um poitu vandhudurom. Just oru chinna vela than. Sikiram vandhuduven.

Anand: Sister, neenga kavalapadathinga. Unga purushana badhrama kutitu poi badhrama kutitu vandhuduven.

Roja smiled half-heartedly. Arjun patted her cheeks lovingly and bid good-byes to her and Aadhi. Roja was already in the brink of regretting her decision to come to Mumbai.

Anand's car pulled up in front of a building in Bandra -  a happening business area in Mumbai city.

Anand: Ithu than Shakthi Group of Companies oda head office.

Arjun removed his coolers to get a better view of the building.  He examined it top to bottom.

Arjun: Anand, sonathellam niyabagam iruku la?

Anand: Haan Arjun. Naan pathukuren. Nee ingaye safe ah iru.

Arjun nodded and Anand went inside the building. Anand was actually a journalist by profession who worked for a leading newspaper - Mumbai Journal. He entered Ranjith's Office under the context of interviewing him for an article on 'Successful Entrepreneurs of the Year'.  Since Ranjith was not available he asked the Acting Manager Gaurav to provide some inputs on the Company's growing success.

Gaurav: Sir, I'm sorry but I'm not sure about this. Maybe we could get this done when my Boss Mr. Ranjith returns?

Anand: No Sir. I think it would be better if I get some idea on your Company before I actually meet him. You could maybe show around some stuffs you do and I could use them in my article as well. You know I work for the nation's leading news company, so once the article is out I'm sure your business is going to flourish like never before. Trust me, it's going to take you to better places and your Boss is going to be so happy about this!

As Anand brainwashed Gaurav, he agreed to show him around and explained the Office activities and Anand managed to speak with some staffs as well to get a better knowledge about their work culture. All this were taken note of, not only by Anand, but also by Arjun - the mastermind behind this interview - who was connected with Anand all the while. After spending sometime over there, Anand thanked Gaurav and left. He went to the place his car was parked.
