Isabelle's pov
I pant waking in pain. I chuckle "you know when I said I wanted this eternity to end I thought I'd go quick" and cough. Elijah says "don't speak of such things love. You aren't dying today"
I chuckle "there's not a cure for me Elijah" and I pass out again.

"You'd just have to come and catch me nik" I grin. He chuckles "you know you can't outrun us my love" I stroke his cheek his forehead against mine "you don't even know what the prize is yet" he kisses me "enlighten me dear Bella" "please do my love" Elijah chuckles. "Me...however you want" their eyes darken and nik says "I suggest you run then sweetheart"

I giggle and speed away.

Klaus' pov
I shift for the first time and ignore my carnal desires knowing my love, my light needs me. Damon says "go. Elijah is with her." I speed and find a house and hear her "nik" how could she remember? I compelled her to forget until we give her her memories back. Compelling her was the hardest thing I've ever had to do. Mikael had just found us. He'd have done unexplainable things to her just to hurt us. And I wasn't going to let it happen.

I speed over and I'm stopped at the door "love invite me in!" I say urgent hearing her heart slow. I hear her weakly mutter "come in I'm just putting tea on" I speed in and take her into my arms and Elijah asks "is it done?" I nod and bite my wrist and feed it to her. I grab her arm and watch it heal and she gets rejuvenated. She eyes us in confusion. And backs away. "How do I know you?" She asks "why do I feel like I know you and even have part of a memory I can't place! Who are you?" Pacing now.

Elijah says "I'm Elijah mikaelson and that is niklaus or klaus as people call him. We're brothers and-" he's cut off by me speeding to her cupping her face in my hands and I compell her "remember everything" as he says "niklaus no" she backs away a tear falling. "Bella-" I start reaching for her she backs away "don't." Elijah tries "love-" she asks him "were you ever going to tell me? Or sit here and act as if we weren't engaged and make me love you again?"

He answers "it wasn't my place to force the memories back onto you" she scoffs "it wasn't either of your place to take them either and you did. You took two and a half decades of my life from me" I speak "love-" she shakes her head "you swore you'd never compell me. That we'd be together. Always and forever. That you wouldn't leave me and make me and my wishes feel useless how Stefan did. And you did. Why? Did you find someone else? Tell me why you came into my life and made me feel alive and that an eternity is worth it and that living is worth it and then you compelled me away. Tell me why you threw me away. Discarded me like a toy that was no longer or interest to you" she takes her ring and necklace off "I have no use for them just like you had no use for me" we refuse to take them I grasp her face in my hands and she freezes and I caress the tears off of her face "we did not use you. We love you. Always and forever. Leaving you was the hardest thing we've ever had to do. These are yours and always will be" sliding the ring and putting on the locket. "Tell me why. Tell me why hurting me was your best solution. Why making me forget 2 decades of our life together was worth it" she asks. I say "our father hunts us to the ends of the earth and he'd do anything to hurt us. Kill anyone who's close to us. He came. We had to flee" I sigh.  She asks "and you didn't want me dragging you down?" Elijah scoffs "no. We wanted to keep him away from you. And to keep you safe. Leaving you wasn't easy but we felt it was the only way. We flee and leave you leaving him to follow. He's gone now" she shakes her head "we could've gone through whatever came our way together. We promised" stepping away. She adds "please go" we ask "what?" She sighs "please just go" and we sigh and kiss her temple and do as she asked
