Old Friend | Minsung 1/2

Minho and Jisung were once really good friends, from kindergarten until high school where they eventually started dating after the younger came out as gay to his best friend and confessed his feelings. After a few weeks of dating the ravenette, Jisung felt confident enough to tell his parents that he was gay and also dating one of his closest friends at the time.

He initially thought his parents were going to be understanding due to them usually supporting everything he did, but it completely went south real fast. His parents were absolutely against it, mostly due to Minho's rebellious attitude and them being religious wasn't helping either. His parents acted immediately, they took Jisung out of school and sent him to live with his grandparents who were living abroad at the time. Before the brunette got to tell Minho about it, his parents took away his phone. They feared that he might tell others where or why he suddenly disappeared. And since Jisung was only 16 at the time, he had absolutely no say in this. He had no way to tell his worried boyfriend what was happening, he didn't even get to say goodbye to him. The brunette cried the whole way to his grandparents. He couldn't believe his parents would just send him away like this.

But now that Jisung was finally 19 years old, he was determined to reconnect with Minho.

The brunette was happily skipping through the old streets of the place he grew up in. It's nothing special and it wasn't necessarily beautiful but Jisung was so happy to be back. He knew exactly where he was going, fortunately, he still remembered the way to Minhos parents' house.

When he approached the corner, Jisung noticed a very familiar house. He started walking faster and soon arrived in front of the door. He read his ex-boyfriend's family name 

'이'

He hesitated a bit and wondered if his parents still liked him after what has happened, or if they ever found out what happened and why he wasn't showing up at their house anymore. He was also wondering if Minho even still lived there, it wouldn't surprise him since the elder has always talked about moving away from his hometown. Jisung took a deep breath and knocked at the white door.

At first, it seemed like no one was gonna answer the door and Jisung was ready to turn around and take the next train home. He already took a step back when suddenly the door opened. A familiar middle-aged opened the door she hesitated a bit but soon looked at the brunette with wide eyes. "Hello, Jisung! Wow, I haven't seen you in years!" She smiled brightly "What brought you here today?" She asked. "I was wondering if Minho Hyung still lives here?" Jisung asked nervously. The woman nodded "Minho? Yes! He still lives here, he's upstairs in his room" She smiled "Come on in! I bet he's happy to see you" She continued.

Jisung smiled brightly at her. He stepped inside, took off his shoes, and quickly climbed the stairs. The brunette approached the end of the hallway and stood nervously in front of the wooden door. It took the younger boy a few attempts before he could summon up the courage to knock on the door. After hearing a faint "Come in",  Jisung opened the door and peeked his head inside. Minho sat at his desk with his phone in his hand and just shortly glanced at the door before actually realizing who was there. He looked at the younger "Jisung?" He said with the biggest smile the brunette has ever seen "Hi!" Jisung said as he stepped into the room, closing the door behind him. Minho stood up from his chair and walked toward the younger, he was so happy to see him again after so long. "I missed you..." The ravenette whispered as his arms engulfed Jisungs delicate body. The younger tiptoed and wrapped his arms around the elder's chest. Minho broke the hug but still kept the younger in his arms "Why did you leave me?" He asked after a few seconds of silence. Jisung just looked at him, the elder seemed so hurt, it made the younger feel guilty for not talking to him. After mustering up the courage he started telling him what has happened.

"I'm sorry..." Minho tightened his arms around the younger "It's alright, at least you're back now" The elder grabbed the brunette's wrist and lead them to his bed where they sat down. "How long are you going to stay?" Minho asked while laying his arm around Jisungs shoulder, "I don't know, I haven't thought about that yet" The younger said nervously. "What happened after I left?" He suddenly asked. "Our friends were asking about you and I tried to contact you, but since you didn't have your phone you obviously didn't notice, and after your parents told me you moved abroad to your grandparents to graduate I didn't know what to do..." Jisung looked at him with an obvious frown on his face, he scooted closer and wrapped his arms around the elder's waist. "But I'm so happy you're back" Minho smiled as he looked down at the younger. They stayed like this for a while before Minho proposed the idea to go outside and explore, and since it was quite hot outside the two of them decided to go visit a lake they used to visit every summer.
