Ferris Wheel.

One-shot: Niam

Title: Ferris Wheel

Setting: Niall wants to ride the Ferris Wheel, no one wants to ride but Liam says ok. They ride, and then get stuck close to top. Liam admits liking Niall, and Niall reciprocates. Intense Make out scene, then wheel jerks back to moving, they break apart. When they get down, the other boys question what happen, Niall blush and Liam just smile. Niall POV

“Come on Nialler hurry up love” I just roll my eyes and follow Liam and the boys into the theme park. Well it’s more like a fair if you ask me but Liam insisted it was a theme park so Daddy Directions definition sticks. We run around like headless chickens for a while just riding anything that we ended up near. “Bloody hell Harry! Why did you make me go on there” I groaned. “I’m going to have nightmares” I spoke again before burying my head in my knees. “Could you not have taken your boyfriend for Christ sake!” I growled.

“Lou wouldn’t go with me, you know that” I just shoved Harry off the seat. “well never again please!” he just nodded. “Yes sir Niallatron” I just snorted before getting up to find the others. “Oh my god Niall are you ok?” I felt arms around me instantly. “Yeah uh?” I looked behind me to see the arms belonging to Liam. “Yeah I’m fine Liam, Harry made me go in the haunted house, s’all”

“Seriously Harry! You know Niall hates those things”

“But Liam!”

“Don’t but me Harry!” I saw Harry pouting at Liam. God I love how Liam is so protective over me just like my own attractive father. Uh god I didn’t just call him attractive. Well I should stop denying it. I have kind of had a crush on Liam for a few months now. No one knows but me, I just dunno what to do about it so I just kind of left it.

“Come on Niall let’s go on something no so scary” I beamed at Liam following him to some unknown ride. “Are you sure you’re alright Nialler?” I just nodded and carried on walking, I feel so nervous and butterflies are erupting through my stomach, I am walking ALONE with Liam Payne oh my god. Shut up I know how stupid I sound but you know how I feel when you are alone with your crush!

“What ride next Ni?” I just shrugged. “Anything you want to go on” Liam just laughed. “That’s helpful Niall, come on I don’t think the Ferris wheel will be too eventful” I nodded following him into the line. “Are you sure this is safe Liam, I mean it looks so old!” Liam just chuckled. “God your so innocent Nialler, live a little. You can trust me” Liam held out his hand which I happily grabbed while he chose the blue carriage seat thingy. “After you handsome” I giggled like a girl after he said that. Liam sat in beside me and my body was erupting with heat at his touch.

I am going to die on this ride at this rate. “So how’s life Nialler?” Liam questioned me and I couldn’t help but laugh. “That’s all you can think of asking LiLi”

“Well uh yeah, If I mention anything to do with food you will go off on a tangent”

“damn you know me too well Liam”

“That I do leprechaun” Liam ruffled my hair playfully, I now officially know why I like him, I mean he’s smoking and he’s just so damn perfect and his eyes, his hair god fuck that his everything is just perfect, he’s like a little golden retriever so innocent and adorable. The ride started going up and I turned my head to the sky just taking in the dark sky and the lights of the Ferris wheel and Liam beside me. This is perfect but hey I still don’t trust this ride.

We just went around a few times Liam and I just awestruck at this ride. “Well thanks for coming with me Nialler”

“You’re welcome Li! I couldn’t have wanted anyone else to take me on this”

“Aren’t you sweet!” Liam cooed.

“Oh shut up Liam!” I shoved him playfully while he chuckled at me.

“Ouch the leprechaun is shoving me, ooh I’m so scared”

“You will be in a minute!” I carried on poking and shoving Liam. A massive jolt took over and our carriage seat thing began swinging. “Liam!” I began panicking. “Liam please!” I began sobbing, he knows how badly I hate heights and we are so close to the top of the ride. “Shh Niall, hey shh look at me!”

“Liam please!” I carried on sobbing but Liam turned me to face him and was holding my hands. “Hey shh focus on something else”

“Liam I can’t!”

“Niall you can, think of something.”

“Liam” I pleaded just shutting my eyes blocking out how terrified I actually was.

“Well if you aren’t going to take your attention from this little bump in the road then I will. Niall uh well I dunno how to uh say this…” Liam trailed off. I opened my eyes to look at him, My eyes met his brown ones and his eyes seemed so sweet, so loving.

“Niall I uh like you in kinda more than a friend way?” Liam scratched the back of his neck awkwardly. I felt my mouth drop open, Wait he did not just say he had feelings for me? I must be dreaming, this whole ride has got me confused and fucking with my mind. “Niall? Please don’t hate me, I can’t help my feelings” Liam seemed upset now.

“No uh Liam, gosh well I uh have kind of maybe liked you for a while now…..” I instantly looked up to the sky avoiding his gaze”

“Niall look at me, I try something if you are avoiding me” I looked at him and he was smiling so I couldn’t help but reciprocate that smile and slowly we both started leaning in. Oh my god, oh my god. I began closing my eyes just as he did previously and our lips met gently. I can’t believe this, holy shit. I kissing my crush, my crush admitted to liking me. This is too much to take in. I tilted my head further to the side to give him more access. My hands moved to around his neck as his slid around my waist pulling or more or less sliding me across to slide into him. I felt his tongue graze my bottom lip and I happily let his tongue slip into my mouth, My tongue instantly began dancing with his and exploring his mouth while my hands were fiddling with his hair. Holy shit I cannot breathe well obviously I can’t but I mean I am kissing LIAM PAYNE! Do I need to repeat that.

I was running out of oxygen but I was in no way breaking the kiss, I squeezed his ass gently, I have always wanted to do that. I was shoved back out of the kiss by the jolt of the Ferris wheel back in motion. How long was it stationary for? I couldn’t care less I just smiled at Liam in which he returned. Nothing was said as we made it back to the bottom getting off the ride, I was smug and couldn’t contain the smile. “Jesus what took you two so long?!” Zayn questioned. We both looked at each other and began laughing. “Well the Ferris Wheel kinda stopped for a while” Liam winked slyly at me.

“Oh really! I knew I couldn’t trust that thing” Louis put in his side remark. “What actually went on up there guys?” Harry shoved me gently which caused me to blush. “Oh nothing” Liam just smiled at me. God he’s adorable and I am totally falling for him.
