After dying after finally defeating All for One and Tomura Shigaraki, Izuku thought his job was done as a hero but it wasn't. The Kami/God of his world has caught him before he passed to the afterlife and offered him a second chance to be a hero in a world that would need a strong hero like him. Seeing as this was a new chance at a new life, Izuku accepted and was reborn into a new world of new heroes (quirkless much to Izuku's surprise!). And with One for All still by his side and a long life to train with it, Izuku rose up to be even stronger than he was in his original world but that didn't prepare him to meet someone that was just as strong as him but without a quirk!
