Error attempts to destroy your AU. You aren't havin' it.

The blue strings constricted, slicing cleanly through the squirming monster's skin. The dark skeleton grinned devilishly. Dust blew across the ground. He turned to this AU's current "hero." It was a brave wolf monster. A kid. 'Idiot.' Error's strings shot twords the snarling kid. They wrapped around the monster, suspending him in the air. He squirmed, regretting his bravery. Error prepared to slice through the pup, but flinched as the strings were cleanly sliced by a quick blur. The kid fell to the ground with an "oof," before running away, tail tucked between his legs. The skeleton turned his head to look at what the hell ruined his kill. A human? He grinned. This would be easy. The human wore a simple, oversized, f/c sweater to battle the snowy weather. Their eyes were a deep e/c. A few h/c strands of hair fell over their s/c face.

They held some sort of old-time-y sword. Error didn't read much but he did read a bit of romance placed in the 16th century. That was a rapier sword. Where they got it, he had no clue. This was just a forgettable AU. One of the ones with only a couple differences from the original Undertale. "Pick on someone your own size, you bonehead," they challenged. Error could tell their soul trait was bravery. They were filled with it. Their voice was cold and dark, sending an unwanted shiver up his spine. He released a glitched laugh, ignoring the odd feeling they gave him. "And what are you going to do, hm?" He taunted them, summoning a blaster. "-Poke me with that toothpick?" He nodded twords the sword. It was true. Rapiers aren't the biggest of swords. In fact, they're known for their thin blade and quick slashes.

Y/n glared, holding the hilt in their sword tighter. "That's exactly what I'm gunna do," they smirked. Error--amused by this--decided to play along. His blaster released a beam of...Error didn't exactly know what it was. But it was effective in killing. To his surprise, the human smoothly dodged. They made a quick dash twords the skeleton. He was going easy on them, not very shocked by their moves, but to his surprise, he felt two feet kicking his sternum. He fell to the snow-covered ground, groaning as the human's weight crushed him. The sword's thin tip rested against his neck. His sockets widened. They pinned him. He gave his usual Cheshire grin, raising a boney brow. "Have to ad#mit," he glitched. "-that surprised me."

The human huffed. "Leave." They carefully stepped off of the skeleton's chest. He sat up, keeping his eyelights on them. His grin never left his face. "A'ight," he said, standing up. "But I'll be back later." He winked. "You'd better not be," they growled, hilting their sword. "Ha!h! Re%lax, kid. I assu/re you, it-it's merely my curiosity." Error gave a close-eyed smile, putting his hands in his jacket's pockets.

"Don't hurt the people in this AU again. Ever," they warned. Error just shrugged. He gave a dark chuckle while waving his hand, making a portal appear. "I'll do what I wish." He threatened before leaving through the glitch-y oval. Y/n glared holes through him. What an asshole. Now they have to fix this mess--they turned to the dust covered grounds--before anyone could see it.

After y/n cleaned up the dust, they killed off the monsters that personally had a connection with the dead one. They would've killed the kid, but it was just a kid. His parents would probably just think that he was really into some lame game anyways. At the moment, they sat on the sofa in their apartment. Sighing, they cleaned blood and dust from their sword. They had already taken a shower in their bathroom. Damp curls of hair fell onto their face. Their e/c eyes no longer held the same fire they had before. They were dim and tired.
