The sound of my phone ringing is the only reason why I am awake at nine-fifty am on a fucking saturday. I reached out searching for it so it would stop interrupting my dream. I was getting railed by the two hot brothers who are going to fix my deck. Ugh fuck

"Hello?" I whispered it was to early

"Oh good, you didn't change your number." Her voice was like nails on a chalkboard.

"The fuck you want Daine?" I slowly sat up grabbing my water bottle I kept by my bed, taking a long drink

"I wanted to check on you. Can I not do that?" I almost choked on my water. Who does she think she is?
"I don't have any money to spare. Ask your daughter for money. Maybe she'll clean the ones off this time." I laughed a little too hard at my own joke, Daine didn't find it very funny.

"You know she doesn't do that anymore. And why don't you have any more money? Spend all my son's death money on men?" I set my water down and stood up before I spit it all over my bed.

"No you idiot I used it to pay for his funeral, pay your mortgage and then I bought a house far away from you. So if you'll kindly fuck off I'm going to change my number." I didn't wait for a reply, I just hung up. I glanced at the clock. It was ten-fifteen I had a little over an hour before the Tutter brother's would be here.

A shower would be a good idea, maybe a cold one. I turned the shower on, letting it run for a minute throwing my dirty clothes into the basket. I brushed my teeth before I got under the water, the hot water ran down my back and all the tension slowly melted away, I did the full routine. I shaved everywhere, washed my hair twice and even made sure I really did shave everywhere. Wrapping a towel around my body I heard the doorbell ring, no way are they here already! I checked my phone it was eleven-fifteen, fuck I took a long shower. Without fully thinking I ran down stairs and threw the door open. They both looked at me with wide eyes and mouths open.

"What?" Completely forgetting I was only wearing a towel, Leon cleared his throat while Ivan's eyes slowly looked me up and down

"Well if I had known we'd be meeting like this I wouldn't have put a shirt on." Leon laughed while punching his brother in the arm. They both shifted their gaze to the floor. It took me a minute to really comprehend what he had said. I look down slowly.

"Fuck" I whispered "Um.. Why don't you guys come in, we can either talk in the kitchen or the living room I don't mind." I pulled the towel to me tighter

"I am going to go get dressed, I am so sorry." I ran upstairs without another word, I threw the towel on my bed and grabbed a pair of jeans. They hugged my hips just right and had holes in them so it was breezy, good for today's weather. I grabbed one of my cropped t-shirts from my closet, quickly running my fingers through my hair, I ran back down stairs.

"I am so sorry again, I lost track of time." Ivan caught my attention first when he smiled at me while Leon was writing in a notebook.

"It's really okay, we do like to be early. Maybe we should give you our phone numbers so we can tell you when we're going to be early." Ivan really was a sweet man, I noticed they were both keeping distance today. Thank fuck because I don't know if I can keep my hands to myself, "Would either of you like some coffee?" I asked as I walked into the kitchen, I always preset the coffee maker so all I have to do in the morning is turn it on.

"If you are making some, I will. Thank you." Leon's voice sounded soft, I lifted my head looking in his direction. He was already looking at me, he had a small smile on his face, I knew my cheeks were giving me away with how hot they felt. I turned back around as the coffee maker dinged "How do you like your coffee Leon?" I felt his body press against me, pushing my front into the counter. His hand wrapped around mine holding the cup, he leaned down to whisper in my ear, his breath fanning my ear sent a shiver down my spine. It took everything in me to not lean into him.
