Swathi knew life would always threw test after test on her but she thought it gave her a break but right now sitting in the car along with her husband oops! Ex-husband according to her in the same car she realised! She and break hahaha not happening!
Karthik looked at Vicky who was driving the car slower than the passing by cycles !
"At this range! We will reach your house only for lunch sir!" Karunya who was in the back seat spoke as she leaned into swathi's shoulders
"This is the highest speed I have ever drove Karthik! And I am trying to slow down like there might be a case on me for rash driving now!" Vicky told making karunya sigh!
"Oh yes! Tomorrow's headlines is gone be that with your photo in it Mr.vicky" karunya mumbled audible enough to be heard by everyone in the car .
Speaking of photos! Did Karthik completely forgot about the large photo frame he has hung proudly in his hall that was Swathi and him happily getting married?
What would her friends say when they see it! Oh damn wait they don't know she was married!
Alarm rang in Karthik's head and he immediately pulled out his phone and called one of the worker in his house and asked them to remove that picture in the hall! In his most silent,soft, whispering voice ever!
And here in the mansion! Karthik's mam ~ Mrs Meena
Was looking at the workers lift the photo frame from the wall and take it to the store room!
Meena was once proud and happy about her son ahem which was 5 years ago! Now even him walking around her makes her pissed!
And right now looking at the only happy photo of her daughter in law taken into the store room!
Meena felt rage in her veins!but she stayed silent to see what her son was up to this time.

The gang stood in the parking lot! And karunya looked at a keerthika who was zoned out!
"Are you okay keerthu?" She asked to which keerthika nodded
Swathi looked at Karthik nervously!
This was happening! For real! She is really gone meet her Mother in law!
Karthi wanted to say her that it's gone be okay! He wanted to say that things have not changed but he stood watching her fidget with her dupata
Vicky noticed Swathi looking at Karthik nervously!
"I will go up and make quick arrangements ! You guys join us quick!" Vicky told and he joged into the lift!
Vicky rushed into the hall and yelled for Meena
"Maaaa"
"In the kitchen" she yelled back
"Maaa! You won't believe but this is actually happening! Your daughter in law! Wife of my friend oops May be ex wife of my friend SWATHI is here ! Oh wait wait! She is here with her friends and thoese friends doesn't know what happened in the past just like me so just act along" Vicky said all this in one breath and looked at meena and she looked stunned for a minute and continued what she was doing!
"Maaa!" Vicky pouted at her lack of response
"Listen! Vicky I am not sure what Dumb information your friend has filled you but I am not ready to entertain drama anymore ! I am done my child " she spoke and just when the gang entered home!
"Ma! Now just Look who is home" vicky told and Meena peeked from the kitchen at the hall and saw her!
There she was in a green salwar! Her eyes looking around the house and hands playing with her finger rings nervously.
It took time for Meena to process that Swathi was here to meet her even after what had all happened.
Meena looked at Vicky and it flashed her what she is here for!
"She is now a employee in our company! Currently working on a important project along with her team" Vicky gave the information and she nodded as she walked into the hall.
The gang stood up and Swathi stood up and gave a smile to her!
" Please sit down everyone!" Meena spoke and sat in the sofa
She looked at everyone except Swathi! Fearing that looking at her will make her ignore everyone and talk to her and know what she is doing now !
"A..ah mom! They are our new team working on Osi! Project an...and also they are here in 6 months contract "Karthik spoke for the first time
"And also mom! We were at their rooms! Last night cause our car ditched us!" Vicky added
"That's nice of you all to help them!"Meena spoke and yet again the hall fell in silence
It was awkward how the two womans who wouldn't shut up was now sitting silently with no words to Be exchanged
"Let's have breakfast! I am starving" Vicky told and everyone nodded.
The table was as usual silent for Karthik but now it was filled with Rahul and Dhruva's barters expert that the two important ladies in his life was staring at him Every now and then.
"Ma! She is keerthika and she will getting engaged next week and they are going to buy rings today!" Karthik told and his mom nodded
"Yo..you should definitely join us in the engament party ma" Swathi spoke taking out the small card from her bag and passing it to Meena
"I will dear! But have you guys visited the temple and did a small Pooja for the cards?" Meena asked looking at swathi
Some old memories flashed her. And they nodded as no!
"Then do it please!"
"If not I will arrange a Pooja here in our house now...!"
"Nooo! noo ! No ma~ This weekend we will do the ritual and you don't have to worry!" Swathi told
It was clear for the gang! That this family and their boss and their very close friend Swathi is releted in some way but just could not figure it out properly!
I mean who offers this and looking at the way Karthik's mother looking at swathi! They knew they had a good bond over years
"Yes! You all should join us in our celebration!" Dhruva added looking at swathi
A few minutes later when the gang was walking down the mansion !
"Swathi!" She heard meena's voice and turned around........
