Chapter 7

*At the park*

Alexis and I were walking through the park. We talked, and laughed until I accidentally crashed into someone, causing both, the stranger and I, to fall.

"Whoops, sorry I didn't see you." We said, at the same time. Alexis helped me up, as the boy got up. He had brown hair, really beautiful blue eyes, and he seems to be way taller than me. He looked cute but I don't think I'm ready for another relationship for a while.

"Um, sorry. My name is Hayes. What's yours?" He Asked, taking his hand out.

"My name is Y/n. This is my friend Alexis." I pointed at her, showing him who she was, then shaking his hand with mine.

"Hello Y/n and Alexis." Hayes told us. I noticed 5 guys coming our way.

"Hey Hayes. Who are these 2 beautiful girl?" One of the boys asked. He looked a bit taller than me, maybe a few inches more, he had short brown hair, chocolate brown eyes.

"Shawn, this is Y/n and Alexis. Alexis, Y/n, this is Shawn, Cameron, Taylor, Carter, and Nash. Nash is my big brother." He introduced us all. We all said hello to each other.

"That 'Shawn' guy is really cute." Alexis whispered to me. I slightly laughed, shaking my head a little.

"To be honest, they are all cute...." I thought, "Wait what? No, no Sharon, don't think that. Remember, you are not ready for another relationship." I thought to myself. As if reading my mind, Alex told me,

"Y/n, you need to move on from Matthew. You can't live your whole life in sorrow." I nodded in agreement.

*1 hour later*

I'm surprised we are still at the park, hanging out with the guys. Nash came up to me and quietly told me,

"Hey. Y/n, right?" I nodded, "Ok. Well I wanted to ask u, umm...... Do you.... Like my little brother, Hayes?"

I looked at Nash but I refused to answer but to be honest i kinda did like Hayes...
"So you aren't gonna tell me? It's fine. I know you like him. I see the way you look at him." I looked away, blushing, "but don't worry. I won't tell him. But I will tell you this, I can tell he likes you too."

"How do you know?" I asked shyly.

"Because I know my little brother."

And with that, he left and went to the rest of the guys. A while later, Hayes and I got to know each other, as well as the other guys too. Looks like Alexis and Shawn did too, because they were laughing and talking. Soon enough, Hayes and I decided to walk around the park, but to cross paths with..........
