Finally...Valentine's. (TAENNIE)

(A/N: Guys! Valentine's Day was the day before yesterday, and I wasn't able to upload that time, but right now take it as today. Taehyung and Jennie have to be together. So I am sorry if you were expecting some Rosekook content. It's entirely Jennie's and Taehyung's *and of course mine* POVS. )

Taehyung POV:-

A new day, a new beginning. That's the correct quote I should say. How do I explain this? I've completely fallen for Jennie Kim. Yeah, she stole my heart. I know, I must've said that I might not be able to see Rose as a FRIEND. I was wrong, I think Jennie's better. No offense to our chipmunk. Jennie's doe eyes, her small nose, the beautiful mole on the top of her right eye, her slender figure, her gummy smile, etc. I might die telling all her good slash attractive qualities. All of them, have attracted me to a level that I will make her mine, today. Yes, today as it is Valentine's day.

I'm waiting for Jennie outside her house early in the morning. I don't know, recently we've been hanging out early, then reaching school and continuing with school. It's a better way to make me not fall asleep. I mean, who would sleep when they have The Jennie Kim beside them?

Jennie: Booo!

I act to get scared.

Jennie: Come on, you're not good at it.

Me: That hurt. A lot. My heart...(dramatically puts a hand on the right side of his chest)

Jennie: The heart is located on the left side of the chest. Pabo. (chuckles)

Me: Alright, fine. I lose, you win. Now stop chuckling or else I'll tingle you. (pokes a finger at her waist)

Jennie: (flinches) Hey No!!! Don't do that!

Me: I'm gonna tingle you, I'm gonna tingle you! (pokes a finger again)

Jennie: No no! Stop it, tae tae!

Unknowingly, we shifted to the road from the passageway. I was standing on the side, while Jennie was on the road. A car was coming, and I just got back to my senses. I quickly pull Jennie into a hug, as the car swishes past us.

As Jennie was in my embrace, I could feel her heartbeat. It was beating at a rapid speed. She was frightened by what had happened. I was scared too, in the fear of losing her.

Me: Jenjen? Are you okay?

Jennie: (tightens the hug and sobs) T-tae, what just h-happened? (she hiccups)

Me: Nothing, Jen. Everything's okay. We're good.

Jennie: If you didn't pull me back, would I be dead by now?

I loosen the hug and lower my head to look at her. She looks up at me.

Me: Stop with these ominous talks, you're with me, and specifically, we're not dead. Everything is good. Let's go to school, hm?

She nods, and I move my torso to walk straight. We both are still holding hands, as she is still in shock from what just happened minutes ago. I fully understand. Who wouldn't be? Imagine a car speeding pasts you at a distance of 1 inch. We reach school and she let goes of my hand.

Me: What happened?

Jennie: Not good to hold hands here. Anybody might think we're dating. I don't want that.

That hurt my heart. Seriously this time. What's wrong if someone thinks we're dating when we will date soon enough?

Me: But...what's wrong with that, Jen?
