Act I - Shattering

The following school day Izuku went to school with a black eye from his sister and his own pitifully made lunch.

"Izuku! Izumi! What quirks did you guys get!?" Asked the young Bakugo twins to the pair.

"I got telekinesis and Izuku is quirkless." Proudly proclaimed Izumi, a hell of a lot more loud than Izuku would have liked, drawing the attention of almost the entire playground they were on.

"Izuku's quirkless?" Asked Shoto Todoroki who led his sister Shoka to the quartet.

"Yeah!" Proclaimed Katsuki to the twins, surprised, Shoka didn't say anything about the situation. But Shoto had other things to say. "Follow me guys." Said the bichromatic haired boy to the group of children." Except you Izuku, you stay here"

As the group walked away a disappointed Izuku sat on a bench and decided to pull out one of his hero journals that he recently started to make, "why does nobody like me now? Is being quirkless that bad?" Thought the young man.

KATSUMI BAKUGO

QUIRK - LANDMINE

LIKE HER BROTHER SHE EMITS NITROGLYCERIN INSTEAD OF SWEAT WHICH CAN BE DETONATED SEPARATE FROM HER BODY, DUE TO THIS SHE HAS NO RESISTANCE TO THE EXPLOSIONS UNLIKE KATSUKI.

SHOKA TODOROKI

QUIRK - STEAM

SHOKA HAS A QUIRK DISSIMILAR TO HER BROTHERS, INSTEAD OF FIRE SHE EMITS BURNING HOT STEAM, AND INSTEAD OF ICE, SHE EMITS A FREEZING COLD FOG.
IT CAN BE PRESSURIZED, PRODUCING HIGHLY EFFECTIVE RESULTS.

Back To Our Regularly Scheduled Program~

Away from a disappointed Izuku the group deliberated a plan (A fucking dumb one) to prevent Izuku from being a hero.

"Guys what are we going to do about Izuku?" Asked a concerned Katsumi,"We can't let him be a hero!" Whisper shouted a panicked Izumi.

"I have an idea." Said Katsuki "What if we beat him using our quirks? If he's afraid of quirks then he'll give up on being a hero, so he won't get hurt." The other children begrudgingly agreed to this in the name of protecting Izuku from the risks of being a hero.

Izuku was still sitting on the bench as the group approached and as he looked up at them he saw one thing in their gazes that would haunt him for years, resentment.
"Hey Zuzu, do you still want to be a hero?"
Asked Izumi. "Yeah!" Proclaimed Izuku " I'm gonna be as strong as All Might!"

The group then struck, using their quirks on Izuku until they couldn't keep it up anymore. "Hey Izuku, you should give up on being a hero, everyone knows that quirkless people can't become heroes." Said Katsuki walking away with the group, thus began the school day and the torment of a young Izuku.

Little did they know the disaster that would occur.

~~~~~~~~~~~Time Skip 9 Years~~~~~~~~~~~

Izuku had been put through the ringer for the years since his diagnosis, his past friends beat him, his parents ignored and neglected him, and everyone in his life seemed intent on fucking up every good thing about it.

As the group sat in class on the last day of the school year (Imma use bullshit and say this is the last day of middle school) the teacher walked up to the front of the classroom and proclaimed "Alright class I would go through your career forms but I know all of you want to be heroes anyway!"
Loudly exclaimed the teacher, tossing up the stack of papers he was holding as the class all simultaneously activated their quirks, except for 6 students, 1 due to his lack of one, and the other 5 due to the egos that had grown over the past couple of years.
