*flashback starts*
I was at my locker putting my books and binders away I was gonna walk to pink berry with my little brother J.J after school and get some frozen yogurt with him then my phone rang *East Bay hospital* I click accept why would East bay call me.. "hello?" I said "Hi is this Kayla Ranger?" The person said "yes this is she why?" my voiced shaking thinking of all the possibilities "I'm sorry to say you parents and brother were in a car crash" I collapsed onto the floor"NOOOOO" I sobbed "I'm sorry ma'am" she said then hung up I brought my knees to my chest sobbing uncontrollably screaming. Later that day I went to the hospital to pick up their belongings, identify the bodies, and hear the cause of death. My mother died on impact of a heart attack, my father died of force trauma, and J,J was thrown 15 feet from the car. The cause of the accident: Mother was hit by a drunk driver*flashback ends*
Now I'm staring at the big 3 story house that my dad and step mom live with my brothers. I slowly walked in to the house to be greeted by a lot of people standing there.
