Let Me Ruin You

Chapter 15

On monday, I was called by the principal to his office after class. When I got there, Mr Aizawa, Principal Nezu and Endeavor were waiting for me.

-Oh, there she is! Please come in, miss Y/LN, we were just talking about you.- said the principal.

-Hi, good morning.- I said and stood in front of the three men, and pointed to Endeavor. -What is he doing here?-

-You see, next week the students will start their hero work-studies again. They do this every year, for a couple of months they work with hero agencies after school.- began to tell me Nezu.

-They all already have an agencie that they work with. But since you just joined us at U.A., you don't have one. That's why Endeavor is here.- Mr Aizawa told me.

-We'll let you two alone so you can settle the paperwork.- said the Principal to me.

Mr Aizawa and Principal Nezu walked out of the office. I sat on a chair across to Endeavor.

-You don't look to happy about this.- I said to him with a smirk. -You got stuck with me just because you are part of the committee board that is in charge of me while I am in Japan.-

-You are right. But that doesn't mean that you get special treatment.- he told me.

-Come on! You and all the members of the board know that I don't want to be a hero. I am doing the bare minimum to graduate from U.A. and then I'm gone.- I said to him.

-I know that. But to graduate, you have to do this intership.- he said and crossed his legs. -And I do not accept "the bare minimum" at my agencie.-

-We'll see...- I said to him with a smile.

On the morning of tuesday, after our lectures, we went to the indoor training grounds for combat training. As I been doing the last couple of weeks, I took a sit on the corner, near Aizawa and All Might watching all my classmates train. Because I been told the first week that I was not going to participate, just watch and get a grasp on things.

I sat and started siping on my coffee, which I got before class. When Mr Aizawa started explaining what they were doing today.

-You'll train one on one combat today. All Might and I will decide who each of you are going to battle.- he started telling the class, while checking their names on a list he had.

-The goal is simple. The first one of the two who gets the other one incapacitated or outside of this square, wins.- continued All Might, pointing at a big square taped on the floor.

Oh, this one is going to be intersting. I tought while sipping my coffee.

-The first two will be Kirishima and Y/N.- said Mr Aizawa, turning to look at me.

I choked on my coffee.

-What? Me?- I said to him, not sure if I heard him right.

-Yes, you'll start your training today. For now on you are training with the rest of the class.- Mr Aizawa answered me. -Now, to the square.-

-God, and here I tought that I'll get lucky and spend all year on this chair.- I said, standing up.

Kirishima stood in front of me, on the other side of the taped square. Everyone was looking at us, probably wondering what I was going to do. They didn't saw me training yet, neither use my quirck. As a matter of fact, they do not know what my quirk is.

Aizawa blow the whistle, which started the combat. Kirishima looked at me hesitant, not knowing how to proceed. He took a step foward and hardened his body, choosing a defensive position.
