After announcing the situation to the others he saw couple of people that look similar and had orange hair but he has better things to do
He saw the girls rush into action helping the civvies to be off load and get check out and find temporary shelters in the warehouses that was spread out through the base
Y/n and his parents along with the girls from the suicide mission were gathered at the war room
They are discussing a plan to do with the civvies with High Command communicating from the mainland
Y/n looks at the map of the base and decide on something
Y/n: We'll let them stay here
Wales: What?
Y/n: We'll let them stay here on Azur Lane
Hornet: But Commander we don't have any room for them
Y/n: There's a huge empty feild just outside of Azur Lane.

Y/n: I'm saying that we're going to build a city for refugees.
Everyone remain silent
High Command: That's going to take alot of effort.
Y/n: I'm aware of that, High Command. I need materials and equipment to help these people
High Command understands that these people have nowhere else to go and their homes are gone.
High Command: Very well, we'll send you a convey of manpower, equipment, and supplies to built this city of yours.
Y/n: Thank you, High Command.
High Command: The convey will be codename the Red-Ball Express. We'll contact you once the convey is underway
