Chapter 1~ The Reunion

The rolling hills of Transylvania scoured with the evergreen pine line the road. Tony missed this place from when he was 13, the memories from his last visit flood his mind. Sometimes he missed Rudolf, missed the charm, the flying, the laughter. He cursed the fact that he had to go back to San Francisco, where he was just one of the popular athletes. He never felt the same after being truly seen by the handsome vampire. His parents were talking about going back to Germany to finish the planed trip, but Tony convinced them to go to Transylvania. Truth be told that they were also missing their vampiric acquaintances. Both the flight and the drive has felt like a millennia, the 3 mile mark seeming like an insult to his sanity.
The anticipation was killing him, he couldn't stand being cramped car anymore. Tony just wanted to see Rudolf. He longed to look into his eyes again, the piercing red that once petrified him. Tony could only hope that Rudolf would recognize him, he's changed in the 3 1/2 years he's been gone. The clean, blond hair on his head the same but he didn't dress like an H&M model an more. The encroaching "castle" was in the widow's line of sight. Tony was border line licking the window at the thought of both being able to stretch and see his close friend again. Arriving at the bridge, that seemed to stretch far into the vastness of an endless void, he laid down. Now sprawled across the back seat, he imagined the blue boy he once had the best day of his life with. The vision of the vampire and him hand in hand was beginning to be to much to bear in only his mind. He wanted the hand again, he wanted to interlock his fingers with the boys. Feel the boney hand back in his meaty ones.
After what felt like an eternity of agonizing wait, the car stopped at its final destination. Essentially jumping out of the car, Tony ran into the "castle". He left all the bags and other luggage for his parents to carry and bring in. Tony searched for the vampire that he so desperately needed to hold in his arms, pronto. Tony looks up at the top of the stair case and see a, some how twice as handsome as he was 3/12 years ago, vampire.
