The evening light spewed through the curtains with the appearance of angelic fingers. Gingerly, Tony propped himself up in his elbows, still wearing the clothes he arrived in the last day. The memories of the night before slowly approach the for front of his memory. His bed head was a sticking out in front of his face. The feeling of the bed spread tucked around his body felt snug and comforting. Reluctantly, the Aryan boy flopped out of bed and onto the floor with a stark crash. The shock makes him widen his eyes, he made a mental note to remember the hard wood floor next time. Tony rolled to the window and only then did he get up to look at the high sun. Putting his face directly to the glass, he looked at the rolling hills and the evergreen trees. The dramatic cliffs making the landscape look like a renaissance painting.
Turning on his heels, he stomps to the closet door. Picking out an outfit fit for both his recovering H&M fashion sense and the weather. Observing the match for the red and the tan compliments, he was proud of the result. No longer stomping, he walks to the door, peaking his head out to see what's there. He was greeted with nothing but the green striped wallpaper and the paintings of vampiric families. Tony wasn't really expecting anything, it's to bright for his vampiric. Uh.. whatever they were. That would be the start of their conversation that night. His hand lingered over the door knob as he left the room, the stability of holding something being the only thing bringing him to the earth.
Leaving into the hallway, Tony is attacked by the sun despite being in it minutes before. The amount of windows was alarming to him. This caused his eyes to need a minute to adjust, standing dead in middle of the hall just rubbing his eyes. Blinking, he looked at the stretch of hallway, seeming to be as endless as the bridge the day before. His steps were groggy, still tired despite being out and moving around. IHe heads to the kitchen where he finds lunch left out and a note from his parents. Tony can easily recognize his mothers small yet messy handwriting. The note is especially just saying that they left for a near by town for the day to go see the pubs and breweries. They assumed that since he was still asleep he wouldn't want to go. While they weren't wrong, it was nice of them to not even ask. Taking the left out sandwich for lunch, Tony sits and thinks about what he'll say to Rudolf. He is unsure of how to ask what he wants them to be, what does he want them to be? The sandwich becomes the same bland taste as school slop as he chews and thinks. Lunch wasn't the the best meal that day, however, night couldn't come any sooner.AN: I've noticed that I haven't been talking about his parents at all so in this I wanted to give a clear reason as to why we don't see them for at least the next few chapters. Ok
