Birthday Ball!!!

"Haley do I really have to go to this?", I whined as I sat in bed catching up on my school work "I really need to catch up on my work"

"Yes! Of course have to go", she replied hanging the dress and I sighed

"Willow, come on it's your birthday", my mom commented sitting next to me "don't you want to celebrate it?"

"Of course I do, but does it have to be a masquerade ball", I mumbled and Haley glared at me "I mean everyone know, who everyone is"

"I like to have themes! I thought it would be fun", Haley explained putting her hands on her hips "stop being so grumpy Missy and get ready"

"I'll be back to be your hair and makeup", my mom spoke, kissed my forehead then left with Haley. I laid on my back for a moment and stared at the ceiling

Oh come on Willow, Jamie will be there, Selena teased and I blushed. Jamie and I haven't seen each other in a while, because of his Alpha training. I have been studying my butt of trying to do my missing work, on top of that I have been doing Luna training with Haley and my mom. Then only times I get to see him is in school, his soccer games, and at dinner.

Come on Willow! Let's go see our mate, she whined, I rolled my eyes and went to the bathroom to shower. After that, I dried off and put on the dress. Haley picked it out and might I say, she has amazing taste. It was a long white gown with dark blue lace over it creating beautiful patterns. It was strapless, the skirt was loose and light, and there was a slit where my right leg was. I started drying my hair when my mom came in. She looked at me and smiled

"You look gorgeous Willow", she spoke sweetly and I smiled

"Thank you mom", I replied

"Ten minutes!", Haley yelled from downstairs and mom rolled her eyes can always count on Haley to ruin the mood "come on and sit, I have to do your hair". After about ten minutes, I had on my heels, makeup and hair done, and dress fitting me perfectly. Melissa beamed at me with her adorable smile

"Wow! Willow you look like a princess!", She said and I chuckled. Melissa wore a yellow dress with ruffles on the skirt, her hair was in a bun and a tiara sat in front of it.

"Thanks, you look like a princess too", I replied and she giggled absolutely adorable!

"The dress is perfect, just like I said it would be", Haley looked at me in admiration then handed me a mask. It was dark blue, sparkly, it had a diamond brooch on one side of it and dark blue feather springed out of it.

"Come along my loves, we can't be late", Haley said walking towards the front door as if she was a queen

"You're such a drama queen Hals", my mom commented playfully pushing Haley and they both laughed.

Jamie's POV

I watched as everyone talked, laughed, and danced. I saw all the happy masked faces, but only one mattered to me- Willow's face. I leaned against the walls as my friends had their own conversations, I was totally spaced out. I have been so caught up with Alpha training, soccer games, and school that I forgot the only thing I cared about the most- Willow.

"Dude, she's coming no need to be all grumpy", Matt said placing an hand on my shoulder and I sighed

"Yeah, I know", I replied and ran fingers through my hair "just wish she could hurry up"
