The Twin Sister (TVD)

:Chapter Three:

It was only about twenty minutes before someone came in. I didn't look up though. "Bethany?" A familiar voice asked. I looked up seeing the man from the road and stiffened, once again.

"Yes?" I asked trying to keep as calm as possible. He gestured for me to stand up and I did. He looked right into my eyes, but not like he's staring into my soul, but trying to find something out about me. I watched as his eyes narrowed and his pupils dilated.

"Tell me where you came from," He spoke.

"Tennessee," I said right away, but I didn't want to Why did I say that?

"Who are you here with?" He continued.

"Alex. My adoptive father," I replied once again. I knotted my eyebrows together. Why was I answering his questions?

"Forget coming here and that we had this conversation. You were on your way hoe and stopped for gas" he finally said. What?

Suddenly I forgot what I was doing and started walking out the door. As some guy lead me upstairs.

~Damon's P.O.V~

I watched as She walked out of the door. She isn't Kathrine. The vervain didn't have an effect on her. She isn't Elena, because she wouldn't have been able to be compelled. There's a third doppelganger?

"What are we going to do about her?" Stefan asked. I continued to watch as she pulled out of the driveway. I had taken her car to get here, because I walked to the road.

"Don't know little brother," I replied, smacking my hand on his shoulder before walking inside the house, ending the conversation on my end.

I heard Stefan sigh, but I continue to walk to the living room. I poured me a drink into a glass, before sitting down on the couch, staring directly into the wall. I looked over to Stefan seeing him pull out his phone. "What are you doing?" I questioned him.

"Calling Elena," was his response. I was standing right in front of him within one-tenth of a second.

"I don't think that's a good idea," I stated bluntly.

"And why is that, Damon?" He asked irritation clear, but I ignored him.
