Chapter 1. <3

Kaeliegh P.O.V.

I wake up to the sound of my phone vibrating on the nightstand. And I realize that I slept in Nathan's jacket..... Again. He gave me this jacket before he went on tour. I've slept in it every night since. No matter how hard I try to forget him. Like he's probably forgotten about me. I can't.

I pick up my phone and the caller ID shocks me..... Nath!

"Hello?"

"Guess who." That familiar Gloucester accent says.

"Nath! How are you doing? How's your tour going? I miss you." I say.

"I'm doing good. Tour went good. I miss you too.. I've got good news for you.." He says.

"What's that?" I ask.

"I'm coming back to Gloucester for a few months." He says. Obviously he's smiling.

"Are you serious?!"

"I'm dead serious, Love." He tells me.

"When are you getting here?" I ask. Just then somebody knocks on the door.

"Hang on, Nath. I've got to answer the door." I tell him. I run downstairs and open the door. And there stands that brown haired, blue-green eyed boy.

"Hit me, Babe." He says. He opens his arms. Of course I run into them.

"I've missed you, Nathan." I say. I bury my head in his neck. The smell of his cologne makes my heart race.

"I've missed you too, Kae." He says. I wrap my arms around his neck. I don't want to let him go. I don't want him to leave me again.

"Let me have a look at you." He says. I take a step back and use his jacket to cover up my scars.

"Still beautiful." He says. Causing me to blush.

"How long are you back for?" I ask.

"Five months." He says.

"That's awesome." I say.

"Oh, Hey. There's some guys I want you to meet..." He says. He steps forward to be replaced by four guys.

"That's Jay." He says, Pointing to one with curly hair.

"Siva." Pointing to one that looks like he should be a model.

"Tom." He says. Pointing to one with black hair.

And then, Max." Pointing to the one in the middle... He looks familiar. I know he's from Manchester.

"Guys, This is my best friend, Kaeliegh."

"Hey, Guys." I say. I wave to them. Jay hugs me.

"Jay's a hugger." Siva says. Yeah, He's Irish.

"You know what? There's a Manchester United game on.. You guys wanna come watch?" I ask.

"Yeah! Sure. We love United." Nathan says.

"Okay, You guys and sit there in the living room. I'm going to go change." I say. I run upstairs and change into this;

I start to get a flashback.

"NATHAN!" I yell.

"NATH! Come here!" I yell again. Seconds later he runs through the door.

Nathan P.O.V.

I'm sitting on the couch next to Siva when I hear Kaeliegh scream my name. I get up and sprint to her room. I open the door to see her sitting on the edge of the bed with her hands wrapped around the blankets. I immediately know what's going on.. She's having a flashback. I walk over to her and take her in my arms.

"It's okay.." I say, Rocking her back and forth.

"It's okay. It'll be over soon." I tell her. I start singing.

 I'll be your Hero, Who's standing strong.

Who'll protect you from any fight.

And if your battles are piling on, I will take them on with all my might.

Cry your tears on my shoulder. You don't know what the future holds.

So I'll be your personal soldier.

"Nath." She mumbles.

"It's okay, Kaeliegh. I'm right here." I tell her. I decide to take her out to the field where we would lay at night and talk. I pick her up and carry her downstairs. As soon as the guys see her, They get worried.

"Nathan, Is she okay?" Asks Jay.

"She's fine. She just needs a minute." I tell him.

"What's going on?" Tom asks.

"I'll tell you all later. I just need to get her okay and back to normal." I tell them. I open the door and walk into the field. I sit down with her in my lap.

"Kaeliegh.." I say. She looks up at me.

"What happened?" She asks.

"You had another flashback. I brought you out here to the field. They guys are really worried about you. Especially Jay and Tom." I tell her.

"Thank you, Nath." She says.

"No problem, Kae. That's what I'm here for you." I say.

Kaeliegh P.O.V.

Once the flashback is over. I start talking to Nathan. Out of nowhere, He says,

"I want to try something."

"Um, Okay? What?" I ask.

"Just sit still." He says. He slowly leans in and I feel his lips touch mine. I can feel him smile through the kiss. When he pulls away, He sighs and falls back onto the grass. I lay down with my head on his chest.

"I love you, Kaeliegh. I always have." He says.

"I love you too, Nathan." I tell him.

"Come on, Let's go in. It's really late." He says. I stand up and help him up. He puts his arm around my shoulder and kisses my forehead. We walk back into the house and I look at Jay and Tom.

"I'm okay." I mouth. They both nod. Nathan takes me upstairs and I lay down on the bed. He lays down next to me.

"I love you." He says. He plants a soft kiss on my lips.

"I love you too."
