"ITS JUST A SPRAIN" CARLISLE TOLD BELLA AS HE WRAPPED HER HAND IN A BANDAGE WITH EDWARD standing behind her and rosalie sitting on the couch "Should heal fairly quickly"
"Trying to walk and chew at the same time again Bella?" Emmett teased as him and Hazel walked in the room
"I punched a werewolf in the face" she said with a smile
"Badass. You're gonna be one tough little newborn"
"Tough enough to take you on" Hazel let out a small laugh but rosalie slammed her paper down on the table before storming out of the room. They all watched her as she walked out
"Don't worry about it" Emmett assured. Jasper walked into the room and the attention turned to him. Jasper had been out checking to see if anything was different around the border
"Got any leads?" Carlisle asked him
"No sign of the intruder. But Victoria continued to make appearances" he answered. Hazel was thinking of going and talking to rosalie but instead allowed Bella to, thinking it was a good moment for the two of them to talk
So instead her, Edward, Carlisle and Emmett went into the other room where there were different pieces of paper on. Alice, Michael and esme were currently going through them and it showed all the missing people in Seattle
Hazel walked over to one of the pieces of paper, which was a lost poster and picked it up frowning when she realised the little girl looked no older than 16
The others were going through some but when Hazel got to a certain picture she froze
Slowly, not realising, hazels walls in her mind begun to crumble as she looked at the poster and Edward could read her mind one again
He sat up straight, his jaw set once he heard the thoughts running through her mind
"Hazel" he said carefully gaining the attention of everyone else in the room. He got up and walked over to her, slowly prying the piece of paper out of her hands
