Neal scoffs as he enter his room. He slams the door behind him before setting his bowl of Oatmeal on his bedside table. He plops down on the side of his bed, grabs the bowl, and quickly finishes eating the Oatmeal inside of it.

After finishing it, he sets the bowl on the bedside table once again and grabs his backpack. He swings the bag onto his back, and climbs through his already opened bedroom window.

As he begins to step outside the window, he turns his head around, gazing into his room. He lets out a drawn out sigh before turning his head forward. He then begins to climb down the side of his house. Once he reaches the ground he turns away from the house and gasps.

"Oh my gosh!" Neal pants as he observes a girl around his age with bright blonde hair, so bright it appears as white as snow and blue eyes. He becomes captivated by her beauty as she grins from ear to ear. "Are you trying to make me pass out Allison?" Neal chuckles as his face lights up at the sight of her.

"Oh Neal, you trouble maker," Allison giggles. "I heard about your little trust passing incident this morning, Alex told me everything!

"Oh did she now," Neal smirks playfully at the teenaged girl.

"So, what trouble are you getting into now, sneaking out of your bedroom window?" Allison questions the male teenager, having witnessed him climb down the side of his house.

"I found a cane that peaked my interest," Neal states. "I'm returning to the abandoned pawnshop to retrieve it, and then I'm going to the public library to talk to Belle. I assume she may have knowledge on the cane because her last name can be seen faintly on the pawnshop's sign. She also may be able to help me find some fairytale books that may have answers since this town's history proves fairytales to be based off true events."

"That sounds exciting!" Allison squeals as she jumps up in excitement. "Can I join you?"

"There's nothing stopping you," Neal shrugs his shoulders as he walks passed her. He then turns his head around catching Allison looking at him with her signature puppy dog eyes. This is something he is used to, anytime she wants him to agree to something.

Neal smirks as he winks at her. Allison runs towards him as she squeals with excitement once more. She then wraps her arms around him from behind. The two of them eventually find themselves in front of the pawnshop.

"Gold & Son Pawnbroker & Antique Dealers," Allison reads out loud as she observes the dusty old sign, hanging above them.

"Alright Allie, I'll be right back," Neal promises her.

"But I want to come in with you," Allison protests as she gives him the puppy dog eyes again.

"No Allison!" Neal insists she wait outside. "I just have to go inside and grab the cane. In the off chance Emma comes back here, I don't want her to have a reason to arrest you."

The two teenagers wrap there arms around each other. Tears begin to slide down Allison's cheeks. "Allie, it's okay," Neal assures her as he stares into her bright blue eyes.

"I know." Allison chokes up her tears. "It's just, we haven't seen each other in over a year, and you seem to preoccupied to even care. I miss you so much Neal." Tears begin to roll down his cheeks as he cups Allison's face with his hands.

"Allison, that's far from the truth," Neal asserts. "I'm so happy you are back in town, and I'm so thankful to have you in my life!" He smiles at her and finds his way into the abandoned pawnshop once more. Allison then looks around at her surroundings to make sure no one is in sight.

As Neal enters the unlit pawnshop, he grabs his flashlight out of his bag. He walks towards the cashier's desk, and peers behind it. He spots a long black cane with a silver handle, confirming it to be in the same place he saw it last.

Meanwhile, Allison continues to wait outside. Moments go by, and a police vehicle pulls up. The lights begin to flash as the sound of the sirens fill the air, startling Allison. She jumps in fear, causing icicles to shoot out of the palms of her hands. The icicles collide with the police vehicle, and tip it over onto its side. Allison gasps, holding her hand over her mouth.

Neal exits the pawnshop in a panic, and gasps as he observes the scene.

"Allie, are you okay?!" Neal shouts as he runs towards her. Moments later, the driver's door of the police vehicle open, and Emma climbs out of it.

"What the hell was that!" Emma shouts at Allison aggressively as she dusts herself off.

"Emma, I'm so sorry!" Allison sprints as fast as she can towards the town border.

"Allie wait!" Neal sprints after her, confused at what's going on.
