Chapter 7: The shipping begins

Circus Baby's P.O.V.

I just saw Leah walk in a few minutes ago, she went into one of the back rooms. I waited a bit before jumping off my stage and going to look for her.

It's taking a bit to go find her though, I keep getting stopped by kids and moms wanting to take pictures. I don't mind though, this is what I'm made to do!

I finally reached the room she went into, but she wasn't there.

"Hmm, she must've gone to a different room," I said to myself.

I felt a light tap on my shoulder.

"Hi Baby!" I turned around to see Zachary.

"Oh, hi! It's so good to see you! How are you doing from last night? You've been doing ok?" I asked him, placing my hands on his shoulders.

"Haha, yeah don't worry. I just came over to say hi and- fix a game. Have you been up to anything since yesterday?" he asked, walking backwards towards the elevator. I caught up to him so we could keep talking.

"Aww, how sweet of you! I haven't really done much to be honest. I just talked with everybody, they were really excited to meet you and really seem to like you too! Oh- and I should mention, I did forget to introduce you to another animatronic yesterday.. I'm sorry, I just completely forgot."

"No worries, do they perform? I took a quick walk through the place before coming back here, and I only saw everyone from last night."

"No, he hasn't performed in years. Some of our parts, actually, used to belong to him. I mean, I was told that eventually he was gonna be decommissioned anyway, but there was an incident and well- that's when I came around so- yyeeeaaaahh. He's super sweet though!"

"Oh, I'm sorry. But I can't wait to meet him! You seem to like him a lot!"

"Mm hmm! He's kinda my "husband" actually! Sooo-"

"Oh ok, I see you!"

The two of us were laughing when we eventually ran into Leah. I smiled and pulled her into a hug.

"There you are! I've been looking for you! Zachary, this is Leah, Leah this is Zachary. You guys met yesterday right?" I asked the two.

"Oh, yeah, I remember you. How's your shift? Not too complicated?" Leah asked, crossing her arms.

"It was fine, thanks for showing me around yesterday!"

"You're welcome... So you're not bothered by them moving at night are you?"

"Oh no! It's really cool actually! I never thought that one day I would meet animatronics that were conscious, so this is pretty awesome!" Zach said, holding two thumbs up.

Leah's P.O.V.

Ok, good. This guy is ok with it. Well that's a huge relief, I was worried that we were gonna have to find more technicians.

He seems nice, so maybe we'll get to have him for a while.

"Hey, I was told I had to fix some wiring in one of the arcade machines, is it downstairs or-?"

"Yeah, I'll show you. Follow me."

Circus Baby's P.O.V.

"Aww, how cute!" I whispered to myself.

"What's cute?" a voice said from above me. I looked up and saw Ennard. He dropped down in front of me.

"Oh nothing!" I fluffed my pigtails. Yeah, I really shouldn't tell him, he'd freak out.

"No, not nothing, what's so cute?"

"Just your daughter being all Miss tough girl, you raised her so well!"

He looked in the direction she walked and smiled.

"Yeah.. I really did."

Ok he didn't notice Zach, good. I don't think he'll do anything, but you never know, he's pretty unpredictable. He left the room, saying he needed to talk with her.
