Madison's POV
The next morning I woke up and called my mom and told her we came safely yesterday then I did all my hygiene stuff and I put on a long dress and sunglasses and took out a sun hat and sandles. Then I threw myself on the bed and woke up August. He turned over and looked at me and smiled.

"Good morning sleepy"

"It is now...morning"

"I'm hungry let's go cook for your mom"

"Nah we should go out for breakfast"

"Okay where to?" I asked

" Um there's a good place called Satsuma not too far or we could go to Wakin' Bakin' or order"

"Okay well go get yourself together and let's go hurry"

"Okay okay"

He got up and went to the bathroom and did his stuff then his mom knocked and came in already up and dressed

"Good morning dear"

"Good morning Ms....I mean momma I'm gonna have to get used to that cause I'll be here forever"

"Yes she is ain't going no where" August came out dressed

"That's good to hear you two but I'm going and start breakfast so I was just letting you know"

"Oh no mumma I'm taking you both out to Satsuma for breakfast"

"You should take us to The Ruby Slipper"

"Whatever you recommend" I said

"Okay well let's go then" His mom said walking out

"August"

"Hmm"

"So how come you guys didn't stay in Houston when yall left here"

"We did for a while but momma missed home I guess and now she's back and I'm glad she is cause there's a lot of memories down here...I missed this place you always gotta go back home you know it'd be wrong to just not"

"I know what you mean a lot of memories back in New York for me too a lot of good ones and a bunch of bad ones but memories are awesome cause you can always learn a little something from a memory. They can make you happy or sad and sometimes you can like relive the whole thing but they make you think"

"Yea your right"

"But enough of that I'm hungry let's go" I got up

"Okay"

And we left and August's mom drove to The Ruby Slipper. As soon as we walked in it smelled so good and I was happy we came. We sat down and looked at the menus...we ordered then our food came and we ate and it was so fantastic Mmm delicious.

"Where has this been all my life like really I've never had a better hash brown like ever" I laughed

"Seems like you needed this trip" His mom said

"I totally did August you should've brought me here sooner"

"Okay then I guess that means we'll be visiting often mom"

"That's what I like to hear I miss my boy sometimes you know"

"I know buy I'm here now so let's all enjoy me and my greatness"

I looked at him like wtf did this dude just say and I looked at his mom who was giving him the same look.
