"Now, you need to tell us everything," Hunter demands, sipping on her Caramel Frappe from Starbucks. Her and Dylan decided it was time for a proper summer holiday catch up, but I wasn't sure I was ready to tell them about the events that I found out two days ago.
"There's nothing really to tell... I mean we're definitely getting a lot closer, he introduced me to his family yesterday."
Dylan rolls her eyes at me but urges me to continue and I can't help but smile at her. These two are honestly the world's best friends. I can tell them everything and anything and they wouldn't judge, they're crazier than I am.
"I only went over for dinner, his brother is... Creepy and his mum and dad are, uh, interesting I guess. They're both social workers so that says a lot," I blabber but it feels good to be around someone other than Nate, too much of him isn't ideal.
"He has a brother?!" Dylan smiles and seems to get far more interested at the thought of another Nate Parker.
"Uh, yeah, Christian. He's not like Nate at all, he also has a sister," I cringe at the thought of Chris and the words he said to me while myself and Nate were trying to get rid of him. "Now enough about me, tell me about what you guys have been up to?"
The both simultaneously take a sip from their drink and look at me. I can tell they've done nothing at all in the past two days or they just don't want to tell me.
"Blair's house has been sold," Dylan speaks up and frowns. Blair is Dylan's next-door neighbour and our former best friend before she moved to Australia with her family for her dads work. She was out fourth 'mean girl' and if you were wondering, she was the Regina George. I wasn't ready to hear about Blair.
"Sold? Already?" I ask quite shocked, I know Dylan didn't want anyone to move in so soon but life always gets the way. I really hope she doesn't hold a grudge.
"Yep," she pops her 'p' and continues to drink her Caramel Frappe with no coffee and I can tell she wants the conversation to move on.
"Guys, Nate's having a party tonight and I want you both to be there."
Hunter laughs hysterically before nodding, "Levi will be there, so will I."
"Typical Hunter," Dylan shakes her head finally laughing from her moment of sadness. "You didn't ask nicely but I'll come along. Someone needs to tame the bitch of Daniella."
"I didn't ask nicely? Dylan, tell me, when are you ever nice?" I sit back slightly ready for her to attack with a hit or just a bite from her words.
"Why does everyone say that?! I'm nice!"
All three of us burst into laughter until Levi walks through the door. Luckily I'm the only one who can see him at the minute or Hunter would be drooling. He spots us and makes his way over, myself dreading of what to come.
"Hey Levi," I say loudly so Hunter gets the message he's there and her eyes light up and her cheeks go red. "Why are you here?"
"I'm meeting Nate and Austin actually."
"That's amazing," Hunter buts in and immediately then takes a drink too quickly, screwing her face up. "Brain freeze! Fuck, fuck, fuck."
Levi pats her on the back as me and Dylan sit laughing at the situation ahead of us and as Hunter gets herself under control she smiles.
"Do that again, I like getting hit on the back."

I've never been one to enjoy parties that are hosted my Daniella, but for once it was a difference to be at someone else's party. Nate's house was filled with alcoholic drinks and people I didn't even know where holding beer bottles and socialising with the people at my school. Hunter and Dylan weren't here yet though and I was starting to feel anxious without them.
