Chris POV
We got back to the cabin a little over an hour and a half later and started on dinner which we ended up eating on the porch watching the sunset after cleaning up dinner we sat on the couch and watched a few episodes of the medical drama Code Black Medical Dramas were a guilty pleasure of Mine and Streets we watched three episodes before Street looked at the time We should probably go to bed now it's almost 12:30 we have to get up early in the morning to go on that sunrise hike up the mountain he said we got up from the couch and turned off the tv Street told me to get ready for bed while he cleaned up and got ready for the hike so we wouldn't have to do it in the morning I retreated to the bedroom putting on my Pjamas before going to the bathroom to brush my teeth I was scrolling through my phone when Street came in walked over to the bed leaning over while grabbing his Pjamas to kiss my forehead before he went into the bathroom coming out five minutes later and crawling into bed next to me I set my phone down on the bedside table and turned on an alarm before I rolled ont his side of the bed and practically draping myself over him placing my head on his chest he wrapped his arms around me and kissed the top of my head Goodnight dream girl he said a small smile crept on to my face Night Long beach I replied softly already half asleep.
Street POV
We woke up the following day to go on the Sunrise hike up the Mountian we got up I made ourselves coffee and put it in two travel mugs while Chris got dressed when she was done I went to get dressed while she made us a quick breakfast after we ate we headed out the door arriving at the top just before the sun started to rise in the sky casting a vibrant hue of pinks, yellows and oranges beside me I saw Chris shiver so I wrapped my arms around her and pulled her into my chest Its beautiful up here I can see why it was suggested me go up here she said I looked down at her still not believing that I got to be here with her What? she asked Nothing I still can’t believe I’m lucky enough that you decided to give us a chance being with you is better than I ever dreamed I replied honestly she turned around and wrapped her arms around my neck to bring my lips down to hers slide my hand into her hair kissing her back we pulled apart a few seconds later I love you she whispered softly I love you too I replied resting my forehead against hers she pulled away a few seconds later to turn around and finish watching the sunrise before heading back to the cabin, finish packing up and heading back into the city.
