Different noises all at once.
-Move away from the noise.
-Listen to white noise.

Too many things happening all at once.
-Move away from the situation to diffuse.
-Drink water and have something to fidget.

Frustration at things not going your way.
-Steady your breathing, sit down and fidget something.

The mention of his ex relating to him (or by him.)
-Reminder that you are a different person. If he stays until you're 25, you do not have to worry about this anymore.

Being told to shut up in the middle of the sentence.
-Leave the situation, breathe, collect yourself.

Flashbacks.
-If area is crowded, leave.
-The past cannot be repeated, you are safe in the present, you won't get harmed like you did in the past anymore.

Condescending tone and blame.
-Feel every emotion but don't ever hurt yourself.
-Recognize valid points, ignore invalid points.
-Your priority is yourself, cut off people who have wronged you.

Being misunderstood.
-It sucks but people can never get you right no matter how much they explain to you. Move on, do not dwell.
-Focus on your understanding of yourself, their judgment is not who you are.

-Destress for the whole day.
-Focus on something else.
-Care for yourself like you're sick.
