*Vi's POV

I watch as the girl walks away and I can feel my chest get tight, Ocean, my Ocean is alive. I thought she was dead, we all did. I look at Caitlyn and see she avoids my eyes, "you knew she was alive," I ask and Caitlyn nods her head, "yes but you cant approach her, she doesn't remember you guys. My parents did things to her I wish I could have stopped but I couldn't, her memories are vivid," she says and I clench my jaw, "what did they do to her?" I ask with a stern tone. Caitlyn sighs and looks down, "injected her with a lot of shimmer. So much that it should have killed her but it didn't, it just made her stronger and gave her more power. The council saw it as a way to use her as a weapon in case an attack was to happen to piltover," she says and I look at her as she smiles with the guy, must be her boyfriend. I look away and listen to Caitlyn more, "she was locked up in Stillwater when my mum took her out to look for me under one condition, she get paid what she is owed and she is to live her life like a normal person unless there is an attack. My mother doesn't listen much and I side with Ocean, that's why I run away all the time, I want to help her," she says and I look at Raven.

Raven is looking at her with tears in her eyes, "do you know why she limps when she walks?" I ask and Caitlyn shakes her head, "no, Shimmer come over here please," she says and I look at her. When Ocean approaches she looks confused, "why do you limp and be honest with me," Caitlyn asks and she nods her head, "when I was a kid I was roof hopping with friends. We reached a big jump and when it was just me and my friend, enforcers started to shoot at us. One caught my in the leg, I was lucky it was just a graze, but it was enough to make me lose my footing and fall. I will never forget the look in my friend's eye as I fell from the roof,'' she says, and I now know this is my ocean. Caitlyn nods her head, "thanks Shim, want to help us with something" she says and Ocean shrugs, "sure." She sits next to me and looks at the papers, "are you planning something against the council?" she asks, and Caitlyn nods her head, "in a way. The council has too much power and I want to find a way where they don't just tend to piltover, I want them to help undercity as well," she says and Ocean laughs, "Princessa that is the funniest thing I have ever heard. Viktor come here!" she says, and he walks over and sits next to her which makes me wish I could put my arm around her and hold her close to me.

She looks at me as if she can read my mind and I look back at Caitlyn, "did you hear all of that Vik, she wants to overthrow the council and get more resources for the undercity," she says and Viktor chuckles, "good luck Caitlyn, Jayce is a council member now," he says and Caitlyn looks shocked, "not only that he has Mel behind him as well," he says with a sad look. I can see Ocean rub his back and I get jealous that she is doing that to him, that is what she used to do with me when I couldn't sleep. I want nothing more than her to have her memories back but time is everything.

*Shimmer's POV

I can see the red hair look at me every now and then and I feel like I know her, but I can't figure out how or where. I feel bad for Viktor since he is in love with Jayce, but Jayce is an idiota and not noticing Viktor's feelings and sleeping with that bitch Mel. I look back at Caitlyn and think of something, "I could be the reason piltover could be unprotected, I mean I may live in the pearly white house in piltover but I am undercity kid, always and forever," I say and Caitlyn looks at me and nods her head, "true if you claim if nothing is done for the undercity you could threaten them," she says. I nod my head and smile, "yup. Nothing can kill me so it's a good idea," I say, and I feel eyes on me and then a hand on my back and it's Viktor. Caitlyn speaks first, "what do you mean nothing can kill you? How would you know?" she asks and I give her a 'really' look, "Caitlyn, when I thought my friends were dead, I didn't see a point in keep going so I tried to end it but no matter what I did nothing worked. All cause of this stupid Shimmer in my blood," I say, and I look down as my veins glow a little showing that I have the shimmer in my blood.
