Neteyam x Metkayina reader

"Y/n" You get up from the water and walk towards the sudden sound, it was your brother Rotxo
"Yes?" You ask him now standing face to face
"Mother is calling for you, she said you had chores you didn't finish" he says starting to walk towards your mother
"Oh, I forgot about those" you walk next to him
He just chuckles as you get closer to your mom

You both suddenly stop walking to the sound of a horn
You and Rotxo share a glance at eachother before walking straight to where the sound was coming from
You saw a family of Omaticaya Na'vi.
You looked at your brother to see he had the same confused expression
"What..." you mutter to yourself

Rotxo quickly walks to Aonung with you following behind
You three walk up to the family
You notice two brothers, one caught your attention tho
He had braids that went down to his shoulders and one sitting right in front of his left ear, with one beaded braid behind the same ear.
He was pretty to say the least

They did the 'I see you' sign as Aonung and Rotxo just stare at them
I just smile slightly at them, still kind of scared of them being a threat

"Is that supposed to be a tail?" Rotxo says pointing at they boys' tails
They just start laughing as I glare at them
You notice Tsireya walking up to you
"Hi Tsireya!" You whisper trying not to be too loud
She just smiles at you as she walks to Rotxo
"How are they supposed to swim" Rotxo points at their tails laughing
"Do not! Rotxo, Aonung" Tsireya smacks his hand

- Y/N POV-

She goes to stand next to me as we just wave at each other
I'm staring at the boy subconsciously at this rate
He turns to me as if he had noticed me staring
I just look down slightly smiling
Soon Ronal and Tonowari show up
They talk for some time before Ronal points out that they are not real Na'vi
I was confused
"Not real Na'vi?" I ask Tsireya
She shrugs and soon shushes me
I wasn't paying any attention to their conversation but soon I heard the Omaticaya woman say "my husband was Toruk Maktu. He lead the clans to victory against the sky people"
"It seems Eywa has turned her back on you" Ronal says
I had a blank stare trying to process all these things
'So Toruk Maktu is seeking home in our island? Jake sully and his family are actually seeking home from reef people?' Is all I could think
I never knew what they looked like or who they were exactly
Ronal and Tonowari just look at eachother agreeing on their decision
"Toruk Maktu and his family will be staying with us" he says

"My son Aonung and my daughter Tsireya will teach your children what to do." He states
"Father why me?" Aonung starts
"It is decided!" He cuts him off
"Come on! I will show you our village" Tsireya says smiling

She looks at me and nods as to go with her
I follow her and help her with whatever we're doing

Neteyam caught me looking at him quite a few times now
This time we were alone and he walks up to me
"Hey" He says
"Hi" I smile at him
"What's your name?" He asks walking closer to me
"My name is Y/n, you?" I ask
"That's a pretty name, my name is Neteyam" he says
"Nice to meet you Neteyam" I reply

"Neteyam!" His little sister comes running in fight when we stop talking
He quickly turns around and gets down to look at her
"What happened Tuk?" He asks in the same tone as her
'So her name is Tuk, that's really cute' I thought to myself
"Tsireya taught me how to feed an ilu!" She says excitedly
"Oh yeah?" Neteyam asks
"You wanna see?" Tuk turns to me
"Sure!" I say laughing
She drags me to the Ilu leaving Neteyam to follow behind

It was eclipse by now and I was getting really tired it had been s long day
"Y/n!" I hear from behind me
I turn around and see my bestfriend
"Hey b/f/n!" I say shouting back at him

He runs up to me and hugs me
He had been gone for a month doing some kind of duty, I really didn't care

"It's been so long since I've seen you! How are you, has anything new happened?" He starts walking next to me
"Well an Omaticaya family came to live with our clan." I start
"What!" He stops walking
"What?" I say
"How did the chief let them stay" he starts walking again
"I don't know, Tonowari's nice." I say
"There's also this boy I might like... just maybe" I continue walking
"Oohhh who is it" he smiles turning to me
"The eldest son of the new family"
"It better be a small crush because you know you can't mate with Na'vi from other clans" he says
"No! Why are you even thinking of that now. Plush he's technically Metkayina now because he lives with us." I scold him
"You're right"

He ends up walking me to my family's Marui and I prepare to go to sleep
