The Path

Glance clearly didn't want to agree with Kera but at that situation looking at his friend's corpse he had to. He felt Kera was right, but he felt uneasy because he can't let Kera go because he knew Kera also doesn't want to leave him. She feels disappointed in herself and the relationship.

I can't promise you that but for now yes! said Glance to Kera

Where will we find the soul? asked Kera

It would be hard to know but I think it would be in form of a butterfly now as you sealed the body. The butterfly must have left when it got to know you are coming here said Glance. I will have my dragonflies and other insects for this work. We will find it in few days said Kera.

Two days later after Bilson's funeral

Kera! you- - said Glance looking at her thin body and pale face. We should eat something. Glance cooked the food like old times and brought it to the couch. Nobody had any appetite to eat but they had to for Bilson. Glance looked over Kera's hand. Kera! your hands!! let me!

Glance started to apply the ointment on her hand.  Kera looked at worried face of Glance. All done! said Glance and looked at Kera's face which was close to his. Their eyes were at the same level and were on each other's. The gaze slowly got down to lips. Wind and Jack are outside, right? asked Glance. Yes! answered Kera

Glance fingers slowly touched Kera's dry lips, tracing back to neck. He was holding his breath but couldn't resist his hands making her to come closer. In the moment both lips touched each other softly. The eyes were closed now. Glance took her to his laps Helding her tightly, kissing her passionately.  Kera pushed Glance 'We are going to be separated.'

Yeah, I know! till then give me the opportunity to be yours! Please Winter! said Glance kissing her hands and looking straight in eyes. His gaze won't move an inch from Kera's lips. Kera gulped down and looked away. Right! said Kera.

Glance smiled but didn't said anything. He kissed Kera on forehead and was gone to the kitchen. Autumn is hard to resist! said Kera to herself and tried to keep her cool because in the end she knew she will be alone because of their decision. They held each other like this after many months, all the heartbeat were now in the melody. The fear was also there hiding inside it.

Jack! Wind! come and eat something!!

What does Wind eat? asked Jack

It doesn't eat anything, but it likes to mimic what we do! laughed Kera

I saw her smiling and I knew something is going on, specifically when I was gone. I looked over the kitchen to see Glance and knew something really did happened. Well humans! can't say anything about these complex feelers.

A dragonfly came to Kera and she immediately took care of it. What's wrong with you wings, little one? As she saw it, he looked at me and Glance. We should head to the forest, dark forest of this town. Kera healed the dragonfly and told them not to follow her as it's not safe. Dragonflies are really powerful insects in the insect world.

Kera could have chosen a butterfly of a ladybug, but she chose them. When I asked her why she chose them? she said they symbolize Light and Change. Not to forget they are considered to be belonging to another realm, with fairies or another magical kingdom. Also scientifically speaking, the dragonflies are really great hunters. Their 360-degree vision complex eyes and those pair of winds for the perfect speed.  They are prefect for me.
