Running through the trees we find a road and a car, Beth circles around it and gets in turning the key, trying to get it to start whilst Daryl keeps watch. When we hear the groans and moans of the Walkers that were chasing us getting closer Daryl opens the trunk of the car and motions for us to get in.

Beth climbs in first, then me, then Daryl, he closes the trunk and uses his red bandana to tie it shut, he lifts his crossbow, pointing it out of the small gap he left to see out of. Waiting.

Everyone else catches their breath after a while but I cant seem to, my body gets hot as I gasp for air trying to be quiet. The sound of the Walkers groans as the walk into the car, rocking it along with the tight enclosed space is causing me to panic.

Daryl looks at me, a frustrated expression on his face.

"You're gonna get us killed." he mumbles.

Beth looks at me, then at Daryl and whispers:

"Daryl, she's having a panic attack." She turns to me, "Robyn, breathe, come on, deep breaths." She whispers to me and covers my ears.

Daryl instantly put his crossbow down. Having dealt with my panic attacks before, he turns to me and removes Beth's hands from my ears. He lifts his hand and gently runs his forefinger up and down my cheek, from beside my eyebrow to my jaw, then back up again.

"Hey, Princess, look at me," He mumbles to me, I slowly look up at him. "You're safe. I'm here. I ever let anything happen to you before? huh?"

I shake my head slowly, as I look up at him with tears filling my eyes.

"Exactly, and I ain't gonna start now." He pulls me close to him and wraps one arm around me, the other playing with my hair, very gently.

Beth looks at him, shocked at how he calmed me so quickly, and showed so much emotion at the same time.

I quickly wrap my arms around his waist, slowly calming at his presence and touch, starting to fall asleep, he looks at Beth.

"How did you know how to do that?" She asks quietly as she notices me starting to doze.

"She has a similar family history to me... I've been close with her since she arrived at our camp in Atlanta. I know how she works, how she thinks. If we got lost or separated from her I know exactly where she'd go." He says to her, shrugging his shoulders a little

"Are you guys together? You seem to have a lot of Chemistry." she asks, Daryl scoffs, looking at her as if she was insane.

"Nah. I don't think about her like that. Even if I did, she wouldn't be interested anyway." he mumbles the last part.

"And the nickname? Princess?" Beth looks at him, amused at his naivety.

"She likes it, Its a nickname she had before the turn... Her friends would call her Princess because she's the exact opposite, always taking care of others and keeping them alive and safe on nights out. She's strange, I'll give 'er that."

I smile a little, pretending to be asleep, Daryl doesn't see it as he's looking out of the gap in the lid of the trunk, but Beth does, she smiles a little when she sees it before looking away.

Once all of the Walkers have passed and the coast was clear, Beth untied the fabric and climbed out of the car. As she looks up and down the road she walks over to the front seat of the car and starts grabbing things they could use out of it, shoving them into her bag.

Daryl got out next and offered me his hand to help me out, I took it and climbed out, dusting myself off.

I look at Daryl, blushing just a tiny bit as we stare at each other for a good few seconds, then he clears his throat and walks past me, opening the back door of the car. He climbs up into the car and starts pulling wires and rope off of its roof.
