Chapter 2

Ellie woke up to Zerenity lying next to her, reading a book. "Morning" Ellie smiled at Zerenity before pushing some hair out of her face. "Morning" Zerenity said back still looking down at her book. Ellie layed in her bed for a while till Vina got up and walked into the bathroom. "Morning beautiful" Ellie laughed as Vina came back out, rubbing her eyes and her hair everywhere. "Shut up Elliana" Vina grumbled while climbing back into bed. "Stop calling me that, you know why I hate it" Ellie spat out at her sister before getting up. She walked over to the bathroom and shut the door behind her. She turned the shower on and stripped down out of her pajamas before hopping in the water. She stood under the water, running her hands through her hair as the water hit her face. She got out after five minutes and got changed into a pair of grey sweatpants and a baggy oversized green shirt. She tied her hair up in a messy bun and put her shoes on. "I'm going to go eat breakfast and then go to the library" Ellie said to Zerenity before leaving the dorm.

"Good morning gorgeous" Fred said as he sat down opposite her at the table in the hall. "Fuck off Weasley" Ellie grumbled at him. "Oh I'm hurt, I thought we really had something going on last night" Fred gasped dramatically while placing his hand on his chest. "You started that" Ellie grumbled at him as he started laughing. She pressed her lips to her cup of juice and took a sip. She could see a couple of people sitting at another table laughing while watching them. One of them looked exactly like Fred. There was another boy and a girl who were turned around looking at them. Fred looked back at were she was looking and chuckled a little. "My brother, he likes staring at people, bit of a weirdo" Fred laughed before biting a piece of toast. Ellie rolled her eyes before she heard someone storming over to them. "Elliana, Vina won't..." Her cousin Draco said as he stood right next to her. "What are you doing here Weasley, why don't you go to talk to your own kind" Draco snapped at Fred. Fred just shrugged and continued eating his toast. "What won't Vina do? And stop calling me Elliana, you know I hate it Draco" Ellie snarled at him trying to change the subject. "Vina won't give me back my broom that she borrowed" Draco complained. "What do you want me to do about it?" Ellie asked annoyed. "I don't know but Esmay and Kova are still asleep and I don't know where Zerenity went" Draco groaned. "Go hangout with your friends or something, I'll make her give it back later" Ellie said pushing him away before watching him storm off out the hall.

"Ah ok that makes sense" Fred laughed while dusting the crumbs of his hands. "What?" Ellie asked confused as she turned her attention back to Fred. "Malfoff is your cousin, which means you grew up with a bunch of pure blood asswholes" Fred said while folding his arms and resting them on the table. "Malfoy" Ellie grumbled. "Yeah I know, but he mouths off a lot so I call him, Malfoff" he laughed while leaning forwards more. "Yep, his father's worse" Ellie chuckled quietly while folding her arms and leaning on the table. "Malfoy side or black side?" Fred asked curiously. "Black" she said before getting up. "Where you going?" Fred asked looking up at her. "Somewhere, but I'm sure you'll find that out within the next ten minutes" she laughed a bit before walking off out the hall.

Ellie sat down at a table that was hidden in the back off the library. She read quietly for a while as most students were still in bed or at breakfast. It didn't take long before Zerenity made her way over with a couple of books. They both sat in the library reading as more students slowly came in. "I'm going to hangout with my friends" Zerenity said shutting her book and placing it in her bag. "Okay, I'm gonna stay here a bit longer" Ellie smiled at her before Zerenity walked off.

"Hello" Fred smiled as he sat down opposite her where Zerenity was sitting before. "Ahh so your brother watches people and you follow people around" Ellie laughed not looking up from her book. "Was that your sister?" Fred asked watching her read. "Yeah, I'm reading...oh well I was" Ellie said as Fred took the book out of her hand and skimming through it. "How many you got?" Fred asked while reading one of the pages. "Four and one brother" She said trying to grab the book back. "Why don't you like being called Elliana? I think it's pretty" Fred asked as he shut the book an sat it on the table infront of her. "I don't care what you think" Ellie grumbled at him. "You must care what someone thinks, what do you think of me?" Fred said folding his arms and leaning on the table. "Well my family believes you and your family are a bunch of poor blood traitors, worthless pieces of shit" Ellie said staring at him. Fred looked at her for a bit before speaking again. "No, I said what do you think of me, not your family" he said leaning forwards. "Do you have any opinions of your own or do just believe everything your father says?" Fred asked. Ellie leant back in her chair quietly just looking at him. She stood up and grabbed her book and walked off without saying anything. Fred watched her walk off, confused.

Ellie sat down at the black lake with her feet dangling off the side. She wasn't upset just more annoyed at herself then anything. She didn't have many opinions of her own, just what her family told her. She couldn't be seen talking to Fred or any other Weasley because she'd get in trouble. Especially after Draco saw them talking and eating breakfast together this morning. Tj had already seen Fred pressed up against her and flirting with her at the party. Tj didn't care though because Tj was a half blood. But if the other girls found out or saw them together they'd completely flip out on her. Vina wasn't any better, she was worse, she hates just being in the same room with people of Fred's kind.
Ellie got stopped in her thoughts when she heard a familiar voice come from behind her.

"Hey El" Asher smiled happily while sitting down next to her. "Hey Ash" She smiled back. "Did you see, I got into Slytherin" He smiled proudly while swaying his feet around of the side. "I did, we're very proud of you" Ellie smiled at him. "You make any friends yet?" Ellie asked smiling. "Yeah, Grant Thornton and Bowen Green" He smiled. "Have you seen Kova?" Asher asked. "I think she's in the hall or in bed still" she smiled down at him before staring down at the water. "I was talking to a Blood traitor and a mudblood yesterday, they're really not that bad" Asher said as his smile faded. "Why does father say they are?" Asher said as he turned and crossed his legs. Ellie pressed her lips together thinking. "They're not, but father and everyone else believe are bad because they're not like us" she said turning and crossing her legs too. "But you have to keep those opinions to yourself, remember what happens when you say different to father?" Ellie whispered to him as he nodded. "Have you got any friends that aren't like us?" Asher asked a his smile started coming back. "Yeah, you remember Tj, she's a half blood and she's really nice isn't she" Ellie smiled as he nodded in agreement. "But you can't tell anyone that she is, okay?" Ellie said. "Okay, I'm going to go find Kova" Asher said standing up. He waved at her as he ran off.
