Dangerous Temptations

Chapter 3

Ellie spent the rest of the weekend and the next week, with her friends and avoiding Fred. It had worked so far every now and then she saw Fred walk past or looking at her in classes or at meals.

"Are we all going to the party in the dungeons again tonight?" Modesty asked as they all walked out of their last class of the week. "I know I am" Clover said as she skipped down the hall. "Yep" Myah and Tj said. Ellie nodded in agreement as they walked down the hall through the crowds of students. "Shit, I forgot my notes, I'll be back" Ellie said to Tj before making her way back to the classroom. She pushed the door open and shut it behind someone. "Shit" Ellie said falling back a bit after running into someone. "This happens a lot" Fred laughed before holding her notes out in his hand. "Shut up" she groaned grabbing the notes and going to leave. "Hey, talk to me" Fred said grabbing her wrist and turning her back around. "No" she groaned trying to pull her hand away. "Please Ellie" Fred pleaded letting go of her hand as she walked towards the door. She put her hand on the handle to leave but let go off it and walked back over to him. "What" She said furrowing her eyebrows. Fred sat down on a chair and kicked one out next to him. She sat down and stared at him.

"I'm sorry" He apologised while looking at her. "For what?" She asked fiddling with her fingers. "For what I said in the library before you walked off, I was going to apologise to you after but you were talking to your brother so I left" he said softly. "It's fine" Ellie said staring at the floor. "Are you sure?" Fred asked. "Yep, fine" She muttered while playing with one of her rings. "Ellie hurry up" Tj said as she walked back into the room. "Oh shit, sorry" Tj said as she looked at them then spun around and walked off quickly. Ellie stood up and followed Tj out of the room and down the hall again. "Fuck sake Ellie" Fred laughed as he picked her notes up off the desk next to him.

"So are yous dating or yous just hooking up?" Tj laughed as her and Ellie walked back to the common room. "Neither" Ellie grumbled at her. "Damn, no need to be nasty" Tj laughed as they walked in and sat down on the couches. "Hi Tj" Faith Arnell said as she walked past, smiling at Tj. "Hi" Tj smiled back awkwardly. "Shut up Ellie" Tj said as Ellie turned her head and laughed. "What?" Ellie smiled at her. "Your making that face again" Tj replied rolling her eyes. "She finally noticed you" Ellie laughed as Tj tried to hold back her smile. "God Tj, you look like a tomato" Ellie laughed as she got up and patted Tj's led. "Hey!" Tj said waking Ellie in the back of the leg as she walked past. She walked up the stairs and into her dorm before taking off her shoes and robe. "Hey Kova" She smiled as she layed her robe on the end of her bed. "Hi" Kova said while flicking through a book infront of her. "Where's everyone else?" Ellie asked as she ran her hands through her hair. "In the library studying with Asher and Vina's off with her boyfriend" Kova explained as she continued reading. "You don't want to study with them?" Ellie asked confused as she sat on the end of her bed. "Nah, I like working by myself" Kova replied.

Ellie got out a silk black dress before walking into the bathroom and shutting the door. She took off her stockings and her skirt then dropped them to the floor. Before unbuttoning her shirt and taking it off. She stepped into the dress and pulled it on. It hugged her body perfectly and it was the same dress as the one she wore last week, but black. She walked back out and threw her clothes in her laundry basket. She sat back down at her desk and fixed her make up and hair. Ellie stood back up and put her heels on while she looked at Kova, who had her nose in a book. She said goodnight to Kova than Esmay and Zerenity as she walked past them on the stairs. She walked down to the common room to meet Tj and Myah before leaving. They followed one of the Gryffindor boys into the Gryffindor common room for the party. They didn't take long to find a couple of little couches to sit in as Clover and Modesty walked over to them.

"Fred's looking at you" Tj whispered to Ellie before going back to the group conversation. Ellie looked up from her cup and scanned the room for him. She met eyes with him before he gave her a little smile. She gave him a smile back before Myah started talking to her again. Ellie stood up again after a while and walked away to get another drink. The rest of the girls were to busy talking to notice she left. "Hi" Fred smiled as he crossed his arms with one of his hands up and holding his cup to his mouth. "Hi" she said back as she got another drink. "That's a very short dress" he laughed looking down at her. "Not compared to some of your Gryffindor girls dresses, I can basically see their whole ass" She laughed. "Fair" he smiled at her as she took a sip from her cup. "Why you don't like it" she smirked at him. "Oh no, I like it, but I think some of the other guys might like it a bit more" Fred smirked as he walked around the table and stood in front of her. "Mmh, well they can look all they want" She said smiling uncontrollably.

"Your going as red as a tomato" Fred laughed. "Shut up Weasley, can't be more red the your hair" She laughed. "Oh come on, what a dig at my hair, geese Buckley" He laughed while running his hand through his hair. "I thought you liked it" he said putting his cup back on the table. "I do, you're just being annoying" She smiled at him. "One of your friends are watching us" he said looking back a bit at the group. "That's just Tj, she fine" Ellie said. "Okay, but come up to my dorm in ten minutes" Fred whispered to her. "What why" She asked confused. "So you can get this back" Fred whispered as he pulled her ring off her finger gently and walked off. She furrowed her eyebrows and watched him walk back over to his brother and his two other friends. The girl saw her looking at them and gave her a little smile. Ellie smiled back as Fred brother nudged Fred and he turned around. Fred smirked at her before saying something to the other three and walking off up the stairs.
