A community of scientist who were on the side of evil, originally with the intention to advance human body for people who were recovering from or going into service to serve in the USA.
They called themselves the USWRAES — United States Warriors Recovering and Entering Services.
The man who created the USWRAES was named Matthew Shtott Williams. Son of Sharron Stallion Williams, and Harley Tott Williams.
According to papers/documents, Sharron and Harley were both decently rich and famous for their own businesses which still go unknown, as were not documented to this today.
To presumably 'help' these people, they would take the DNA, and other 'materials' of a thriving, generally healthier person, and fuse it with the client. This was taken from slightly burnt documents from one of the locations in the US.
So, information may be copied down falsely.
This all started in the early 1900's.

(Many) Years later, business got slower. Much slower. They weren't getting as much recognition. Not as many people were aware or coming to the locations anymore.
This all was a very bad thing, until. . A man named Elliot Mariann Aark came up with the idea of mixing animals instead of human DNA/material.
They began with simple tests, finding balances of what needed to be balanced to make sure.. Accidents didn't happen.
But, they did. Horrible ones. Major injuries would come from them, fatal consequences.
Uncountable murders, or 'test' as they called them, were performed. These were performed on workers who applied to be tested on, or donated themselves, 18+ individuals with the same reason, or even children who were donated to the program for money. (0-17 yrs old)
But, some of these experiments did what they were supposed to. Animal limbs and or attributes would be noted to overtime mold into the children/adults faces, body, etc.
With this, functioning wings, tails, ears- Anything you can imagine that is inhumane, or generally ang other living thing not usually attached to the human body can form with the techniques they called . . Interference.
With this having an official name, they changed the name of the entire business. They went from USWRAES (Unites States Recovery and Entering Services), to a shorter and sleeker name, GIP (Genetical Interference Project).
With this new name booming in the later mid 1900's- Their business was also picking up pace again fairly fast.
While you maybe see this all as wrong, the law did not. They had all donators, wether it was the guardian(s) or a child/children, or a client over 18 who simply signed their name and a few questions of specific things. . Nobody made it out of the lab. They either stayed, or died doing so.
Some of them tried to escape, a slim, tiny, percent of them did make it out of the hellholes.
Two different contracts existed, one for self donation/testing, and another for the guardians donations of people/children under the age of 17.
If either signed the project whichever was being donated— There was no turning back.
When somebody, or you were donated, you had to stay. You couldn't visit your loved ones.
Many people with records of depression or schizophrenia— Generally crazy people were created from the GIP, or were entered into it and symptoms were more severe.
Because they knew they wouldn't come back. They usually didn't have anything to go back to anyway.
At some point in the late 1900's . . They had too many people almost. Everything they were doing was supposedly legal, they could practically just hide behind their contract, and excuse it was for science and protecting the US to get out of any lawsuits they'd face.
Nobody had the heart to try, they knew too well they'd lose.
So the GIP suddenly went undercover for a while, not wanting to attract as much attention as they had in the past years. You had to be apart of some sketchy groups to be able to still apply to be apart of the GIP. Or, if you still wanted to be a victim of the entire thing.
Early 2000's they came back, experiments much worse, managing to be camouflaged much better— Destroying every document, everything that ever showed their existence was there.
They decided to stay undercover, to this day, the only thing changing are their locations, experiment severity, and more.
As far as experiments go, they are severe as physical harm if instructions aren't followed, silencing them, anything worse that you can imagine. . Is happening or has happened.
Their location has reached over to Japan/Eastern Asia. Things are evolving there with kickstarters/experience to go off of from the Souther North America.
But there locations staying in the US are usually in the North-West. . Locations obviously haven't been able to be tracked down, as the entire thing remains relatively secret.
Lately though, 'hybrids' or unidentifiable creatures that have human bases/attributes have been found shot, or dead lately. (2019–2023)
People who track down these things have reason to believe these are hunted victims of the GIP association who have escaped.
