Gunship engines roared around you, as you and Obi-Wan stood back to back, protecting each other.
Clones fell to the ground, their bodies limp. Explosions wouldn't seem to stop. You guys needed reinforcements.
"Not to be a pessimists," The Captain said. "But if the commander isn't back soon with those reinforcements—"
"The reinforcements will be here," Obi-Wan hissed.
"Well, where are they?" The general snarled.
"Obi-Wan," You said, lowly.
"Trust me," Obi-Wan said.
"Well, how many are there?" The general asked.
"Five of them," Obi-Wan said, causing you to roll your eyes.
"Five?" The general said.
"We're done," You mumbled.
"Yeah, that's what I thought," Obi-Wan said. "But you gotta see these Clones. They're different."
Suddenly, the trees on the mountains started rumbling. The droids stopped shooting.
Everyone turned to look at the shaking trees.
Without warning, a rolling rock came shooting out of the mountains and killing about a dozen droids.
And suddenly, the five Clones came running out of the trees, attacking the droids and yelling orders.
You had your eyes fixed on one Clone.
He moved around swiftly, not with a blaster, but with a dagger.
"I don't believe it," The general said. "That's Clone Force 99!"
And then, with another minute or two, there was one last explosion. And the droids were gone.
The Clones came walking through the smoke, and you watched as the guy with the knife stored it away, and removed his helmet.
He wore a red bandana on his head with a skull, his black hair shoulder-length and his face half tattooed black.
"If you're done hiding down there, I suggest you launch a counterattack," The Clone said. "Another droid battalion's approaching."
"The general is the one who gives the orders around here," The Captain said.
"He's right, Captain," Obi-Wan said. "This is our chance. Launch the counterattack."
"Yes, General," The Captain said.
He moved the Clones out of the denches to start the counterattack.
All three of you moved out of the dench, and you pulled the hood off your head.
"There you are, old man!" A bigger clone said, half his face scarred and one eye completely white. "You missed all the fun!"
"Watching your team in action was the fun," Obi-Wan mumbled.
"Care to introduce your new friends, Master?" You asked.
"Yes, Padawan," Obi-Wan said. "This is Wrecker—" the one with the scarred face "—Hunter—" the one with the dagger "—Echo—" a man with who looked more droid then man "—Tech—" a man with goggles "—and Crosshair." A man that looked like he had a target tattooed around his right eye.
"Your exploits were quite impressive," You said, looking at Hunter, who smiled and nodded at you.
"Exploits?" Wrecker questioned.
"Don't overthink it, Wrecker," Crosshair mumbled.
"Thank you, young one," Echo said.
"Now, would one of you please explain where my actual reinforcements are?" Obi-Wan asked.
