Abilities: manifest anything mythical, mysterious, or magical. Manipulate said things. Basically anything that is Magical, Mysterious, or Mythical. It can be controlled and manifested by the user. Can be passed on like OFA, actually a part of this quirk's genetic makeup is that of OFA
Physical: depends on the user's second and main quirk if passed down, chances are that they will have a bigger brain than most, but their bones have star dust in them.
Lashback: minor burns will occur, but nothing too major.
