Description: The user can harness Tarot cards as powers, the effects can be passed to others, they reflect the needs in battle, and they can be reversed
Abilities: Can see the future, can attack with magic(dark, light, or elemental), can buff themselves or others, can hinder others or themselves, and can make Tarot cards from nothing knowing what power they know of
Heads up: This quirk is only eligible and obtained at either random or from any pairing involving either an occult quirk or a psychic quirk. This quirk can't be stolen but can be lent and canceled at the will of the user
Lashback: The user can't tell the future for themselves
