Physical: like a harpy but with owl wings, talons, owl eyes, owl feathers, and large eyes with vertical pupils, No human face,
Let me explain the wing structure,
The wing in this quirk is more like a regular hand, but rather the skeleton is a wonder of nature. The hand is regular, but the wrist has an extra finger that becomes the base for the wing. This allows all the fingers to be in use, but rather it replaces the trope of less fingers with that of an extra finger.
