Kyles pov

I am so excited for my date. I looked at my each to see it was allredy 8:15. I got my shoes on and my hair combed. I looked in the mirror and smiled. I walked down stair when the doorbell rang I yelled " I got it"

It was Derrek he looked smexy as fuck. I could stair all day long. Then his fingers shaped in front of my face he said " Earth to kyle. Let's go I got the car running."

I got into the car and looked around he has nice leather seats. As we drove I noticed the surroundings change from city to forest.

He noticed and said" We will park at the pack house and walk to the date." Not to long after he said that we pulled into a gigantic house. We parked and he pulled me to the forest. We walked he helped me over things I couldn't see and finnaly we pushed through the brush and to a small little pond with a mini waterfall. It was all so amazing. Derrek asked " Do u like it?"

I looked over and said" Its... Its .. Amazing I love it."

We walked over to a littel blanket with a basket he pulled out some subway sandwiches. And two pops and handed me one of each. We talked about Manny things that night and I learned he has a sister named bionca. His favorite color is Blue or green. He loves soccer. And Has not told his perents about me and him being gay. When we both got done. He smiled and leaned in for a kiss. I didnt notice untell his warm lips where on mine. I moved my lips in sinc with his and grabed his head to deapen it. He abruptly yanked back he sniffed the air and said. "Rouges"

I looked over his shoulder to see a big gray wolf in the trees I said" Derrek what's hap-" I was cut off by him saying

"Shhh when I say so run." I tryed to object when I heard a growl and seen the gray wolf running to us when he yelled "NOW" I took off in the other detection just to have more wolves surround us. I tryed to us my powers but I got cut off by the sharp POW of a gun. It seemed to happen in slow motion. The gray wolf was now a human and a bullet was flying to Derrek.

I yelled" NO!" and shoved Derrek to the ground I felt a sering pain in my side I looked down see a big blood stain on my shirt. I looked over at Derrek to see worry flash across his face I fell to the ground and said "Don't blame your self.... I-I love y-you." I blacked out but not befor I herd "love" , "too" and with that I was out and embraced the darkness.

All I could see was red. I said " I love you to. hold on you will make it." But he just passed out. I mind linked my pack "Everyone get to the pond NOW!" I gently layed kyle down. I took the blanket and put it over the wound. I swear to the moon godess that if he dies i will kill all the rouges personaly. I stood up and let my wolf take compleat control, when this happens its like whatching everything as a movie. My pack members ran to the pond and thats when all hell broke lose. I couldent keep thair was fur and blood every whair. All my wolf focused on was my sweet mate. We couldent lose him we only just got him back. We stood over him and killed anyone who came to close. Soon what was left for the rouges ran away.

Chris trotted over and shifted. He whent to pick up kyle but i growled and snapped at him. I shifted and picked him up I ran to the pack house. I got inside and yell " Jim get your ass in here!" Let me explain Jim is the pack docter. He ran in here and picked up kyle and ran to the little hospitalish wing of the house. He closed the door so I couldn't get in. My dad walked over and put a hand on my shoulder and said " Son do you mind telling me who that human is?"

I growled and said" dad that human is my mate!" " And he isn't just any human he is the frigen elementalist!" He just look down at me and walked away. I really do love him I just wasn't in the mood. So i sat in the chairs waiting. I put my head on my arms and cryed my self to sleep.
