Madeleine's POV

It was nighttime, I was sitting on Espresso's bed waiting for him to fall asleep. I pretended not the be looking but I continued to glance over to him. Espresso was refusing to sleep, he stared at the window. "Esp, go to sleep you don't have anything to do" I say, his eyes trailed to my face. "I can't sleep" Espresso said awkwardly. "I can make you sleep" I smirked when I saw Espresso's face turn a deep red. "What do you mean by that?" he asked, "Do you love me, Espresso?" I ignored the question, "I- uh- um yes? Sorry- I mean yes I mean yes I mean yes I mean yes I mean yes I mean yes I mean yes I mean no I mean yes yes yes yes I mean yes I mean yes" Espresso stuttered.

Espresso was now silent, "Will you be my boyfriend?" I asked as a joke. "Yes no maybe yes" Espresso said quickly, it was really awkward now. "...yes?" Espresso mumbled, "Oh, well then. You wouldn't mind if I, kissed you no?" I asked, my face was burning and it felt hella awkward. When Espresso didn't respond I slowly inched closer to his face, our lips almost touching. It was awkward, I could only think of the masterpiece I see. I couldn't take it no more and shoved my lips onto his lips. His lips were really smooth, I liked it, after awhile I pulled back. I just kissed a boy and I liked it.

"M-Madel!" Espresso yelled after awhile, I think he just realized what the hell happened. Wait, what did I even do?! HE'S MY FOOD! MY SNACK! HE DIDN'T EVEN LIKE IT RIGHT?! I took a deep breath, and asked again: "Espresso, will you be my boyfriend." Espresso mumbled something. "Sorry, didn't hear that." I said, Espresso looked really embarrassed, he took a deep breath and yelled: "YES! I WANNA BE YOUR BOYFRIEND AND BE WITH YOU FOREVER YOU IDIOT!". Was anyone expecting that? I wasn't, but wow he really is a tsundere.

I smiled and intertwined his hand with mine, I kissed him again on the forehead. "Very well, I will never leave your side. My love." I said lovingly, Espresso blushed hard but smiled back. Soon enough he was asleep, now was my chance! I got out a kit my parents gave to me that can heal vampire bites from humans, they gave it to me so nobody gets it. Sorry mom and dad, but this is the love of my life. I decided that a safe route is to bite him in the thigh, so I went under the bed and I saw Espresso's juicy thigh. It looked yummy, I gently putted my fangs on his thigh. I heard a little whimper from above, I silently panicked and started licking off the blood. It was delicious, it was so bitter, now I was wondering how he tasted from the inside..

I massaged the healing cream on Espresso's thigh. I was aware my bite hurted, I sighed softly as I wrapped a cloth around his leg. It might take long for him to stand, he might be wobbly but oh well. I got up, got out of the blanket and put away the kit. I washed my face and went into the bed with Espresso, the pillow was a bit wet, since I was biting his thigh and blood came out so it probably hurted. I wrapped my arms around his body and fell asleep.
