Noe is getting ready for bed and can't find vanitas. He looks for him on the roof. Vanitas is there in the freezing cold while it's snowing.
Noe gets on the roof "Vanitas what were you even thinking you don't even have heavy clothes or a blanket, get inside". "......." "Ugh guess I've got no choice". Noe picks him up and throws him in the window.
Noe puts him on a chair by the fireplace. "Uh what are you doing". Noe picks up a rope. "NOE WHAT ARE YOU DOING." "Making sure you sit by the fire to drink hot chocolate'. Noe leaves to make hot chocolate.
'What is that idiot thinking, why does he have to be so annoyingly caring.'
Noe comes back with a cup of hot chocolate and forces vanitas to drink it. "So why were you out there?" Vanitas just frowns while taking the sips of hot chocolate from the spoon. Noe smiles innocently and says, "then maybe cuddling with me tonight will change your mind." Vanitas makes a horrified sorta disgusted face, "fine i just don't like how you've been making me feel, my heart beats uncontrollably and it hurts".
'Wait that's what Vanitas, Oliver, and Roland were talking about a few days ago so Vanitas loves me'. Noe's face turns bright red. His brain is in a lot of shock and it breaks for a minute. "So can you let me go already?" Vanitas says still having the grumpy face. Vanitas has also just finished the hot chocolate.
Noe smiles still blushing and says, "no your staying by the fire place but on my lap." "WHAT NO ABSOLUTELY NOT"! Vanitas finally gets untied but soon the rope is replaced with Noe's arms.
Noe softly says just above a whisper, "I love you Vanitas." Vanitas stays silent in shock, but he still doesn't want to admit it. "Vanitas i know you love me to I heard you and Roland talking about it." Vanitas panics a little he doesn't know what to do now but noe starts talking again, "you don't have to say anything now but I just want to keep cuddling with you now, I want to go to sleep with you." After a few more minutes of sitting by the fireplace noe drags Vanitas that's trying to walk to his own bed.
They go to sleep cuddling, Noe is happier than he's been for a long time and even though Vanitas won't admit it he's also happy.
