Raine Pov
Today I'm supposed to be happy that I'm finally going to the festival but instead I'm having mixed feelings and I don't why but I feel a very heavy tension here between grandmother and lilac on top of that I keep sensing a strong but intoxicating energy drawing closer and I have this unknown fear but I think it's just because of the first time going to the lunar festival thing so I am going to try the breathing exercises that lilac taught me.
And besides having mixed feelings I've noticed grandmother busy organising something by the amount of letters she's sending and receiving lilac has been clearing everything of mine and has been packing two backpacks but what is strange about it is that she's adding swords and her guns and what's definitely strange is that a horse is packed behind the back of the mansion with all of this confusion I finally decided to ask grandmother and lilac and they just tell me it's nothing and that I shouldn't be worried about that and I should rest since the festival will last the whole night long so I just agreed.

*After 5 hours of sleeping it was 1:38pm(13:39)*
After I wake up from my long sleep decided to go downstairs for lunch just to only find no one home as I prepare myself some chocolate fudge I notice a note from my grandmother.
[•°•°•••My dear child I'm sorry that I left without word to you but you were in peace with your slumber anyways my child I just wanted you to promise me that you will remember all the the lessons I taught you over the years and that you'll grow to a magnificent women with grace, class and morals and you'll never give up in life , I hope and pray wherever the God's send you it's a good place so my dear take care of yourself and always remember I love you •°•°•••]
After reading that letter I became anxious of why grandmother would say those things so suddenly so I just put the note away and continued to eating and after I was done I went to look for lilac but when I couldn't find her l saw another note on her bed
[°°°•°•• Raine if saw this then do not worry I'm just out for business but I'll meet you in the town square at 9 pm so don't worry and please do me a favor and make sure you lock the house and take those two backpacks with you the grey ones yours and the black one is mine and please don't be worried about grandmother's note she perfectly safe at the shop bye °°°•°••]
I felt instant relief that she and grandmother were okay after I was done I took a good around the mansion to notice it was spotless so I decided to go outside to ride the horse to pass time I was having too much fun too notice it was already 16:00 pm So I quickly took a nice warm shower and tied my hair for the wig to fit after I was wore the dress grandmother made and I looked magnificent, when I looked at the clock I saw it was already 17:39 so I took the two bags and surprisingly they were very light then ran out the door making sure to lock it then I rode the horse to town square.
As I left the horse in the stable nearby the field I see many people looking at me some were praising my beauty and others gave me side eyes and dirty looks. I was uncomfortable with amount of attention I was getting.

When I reached the center of thetown I saw how beautiful the decorations and how comforting it looks there were street games so many new fruits I have never seen and great entertainers there was even a beautiful sale for beautiful jewelry and dresses I was amazed to even notice that there where decorated places around so immediately I ran to the docks to see so many decorated ships with many colorful lanterns but knowing that I have to wait for lilac I just sat down and watch.
"This is boring where is she I want to go on the ships"
"Then why don't you go and come back quickly" "
As soon as I heard a deep,dark yet soothing voice I turned to see a man that was tall,pale skinned, with a very scary but handsome face mystery laced around his ora but something about him says I should run his fragrance is of a spicy cinnamon but it burns each time I breath it in and it's more of an intoxicating energy for some reason I want more but I soon snap of my thoughts to reply.
