Kermit x Elmo enemies to lovers

Kermit took out his knife and leaned over Elmo ,ready to aim it on his chest. Elmo sleeping soundly and cutely- Kermit stopped for a second, cutely? 

He went back to his futon and kept thinking about this "cutely" thought he had while leaning over Elmo. "Why are my thoughts always going wild at some random time????". Kermit kept thinking about it until it was already day. 

"How was your sleep last night? I slept like a bird" Elmo said while brewing some coffee. This was a first for Elmo he hadn't gotten any good sleep since he joined the network for his shows as well as trying to find out what was going on with Kermit.

Kermit yawned "yeah me too" dark circles shown on his eyes, Elmo took notice " maybe he's not used to how I live or maybe it's the air in this house". Elmo kept on overthinking and totally forgot he had work "Well I have to go to work now you can stay for a bit but I don't recommend it!" Elmo said leaving pondering if he even wanted him there. 

Kermit took this chance to look around his house but nothing stood out, he has been looking for at least something that Elmo had in possession. 

After an hour He found a computer, a picture and a note. The note read "01.04.23" 1st april 2023? maybe?, the picture was burned a bit on the side and looks like Elmo with an older lady an older puppet so it must be his mother, the computer was locked but he might know the password 01.04.23, Incorrect. 

Let's try his year, Kermit is guessing he is the same age as him so "01.04.77", it worked. 

Pictures, videos, interviews of me? Kermit thought. What? I thought he hated me with all his heart, was he always looking at me? Kermit blushed "what???". He felt his cheeks burn up "oh no this is bad" went 20 times in his head. 

Now he realized 01.04.77 is his birthday not Elmo's. This was getting so confusing for him, Elmo acted like he hated him this whole time but in reality he was not looking at him with hatred that's what Kermit thought.
