Paul turns the camera off and sets it down. He hears that someone is laughing at him during filming for his YouTube channel, HerePaulFilms.
"Excuse me, is there something the matter," asked Paul.
"Oh. Nothing. I'm sorry. Was I interrupting something," asked Mami Chan.
"You're fine. I was just kind of off guard by the chuckle. That's all," said Paul.
"What were you doing," asked Mami Chan.
"I was just filming a YouTube video," said Paul.
"You have a YouTube channel," asked Mami Chan.
"Yes, I just started it. I'm kind of new. You know," said Paul.
"What is your YouTube channel," asked Mami Chan.
"It is HerePaulFilms. No space in the name," said Paul.
"Got it," said Mami Chan.
"So, what did you think about the way I was presenting things," asked Paul.
"It was great," said Mami Chan.
"Really," asked Paul. The girl nods yes.
"Thanks. I really needed that. I was kind of nervous during shooting but you lifted up my spirits like an Angel. I appreciate it," said Paul.
"No problem," said Mami Chan.
"I accidentally caught you in the video. I'm sorry about that," said Paul.
"It's okay. Can you delete that part out for me," asked Mami Chan.
"Sure can. I'll cut it out when I edit the video at home," said Paul.
"Thank you," said Mami Chan.
"No problem," said Paul.
The two stare at each other happily. Unfortunately, the happiness is short lived because of the sound of a gun firing.
The bullet misses the cashier's head by an inch. The gun now moves towards his forehead.
It is held by a random fat guy. Wearing a dirty brown jacket. Wearing casual clothes underneath. The thing that makes him stand out are his gray tinted glasses.
At the exact moment, the man fired the first shot, Paul runs oddly quietly towards the attacker. It is due to his soundproof shoes. He has recently bought them because he wanted to be careful in case that he runs into an attacker and that helps him focus during martial arts.
Paul moves his arm around the attacker's neck from behind. Leaning the attacker back slightly. Also, twisting the attacker's wrist. Which is on the same arm that the attacker is using to hold the gun. Paul twists that wrist to make him drop it and he did just as Paul wanted.
He drops the gun. Thankfully, not firing any more shots.
Paul puts the attacker in a chokehold.
