It's the second week of school and I'm on a lateness streak. Why? My parents aren't here and are on a vacation for their wedding anniversary. Also, my sister is off to college and I'm in 10th grade. It's lovely being the youngest.
School starts at 8:30 not the usual 8 AM like most schools do but I still end up late.
Not 5 minutes late.
I mean 15+ minutes late.
I even showed up to school 15 minutes before school was over.
I don't even know how I ended up in school. I'm such a night owl that it's affecting me and my school studies.
I pretend I'm fine but I bawl out my eyes at night trying to survive and teach myself.
At last, I reached the school halls busy with crowds as students navigate from second period to the third period. As for me, it's chemistry.
It's not even hard as everyone complains it to be unless they have honors chemistry but regular is so easy. Or maybe they're just lazy or actually don't understand shit.
I sit in my assigned seat but as class started, I began dozing off. I'm trying so hard to keep my eyes open but the lecturer is such a boring man that I can't.
Or maybe I should just take a nap?
I keep trying to copy down some notes to at least be notified of whatever is going on before I hit the hay.
