(Started to work on the next chapter of Ragnarok, felt some burnout so I decided to do a couple of chapters for this instead. Enjoy)

It was the day of departure for Kazuo and currently he was outside his oldest son's room. "I'm going off on a business trip for the next ten days so I left all the living expenses you'll need on the kitchen table." Kazuo informed before a smile suddenly came to his face. "Oh one more thing. Yasuo started working last week, it's at a construction site but he's not complaining in the slightest." Kazuo laughed before sighing. "I need to get going now, call if you need anything." were his last words before he left the house and entered the car Nogi had sent for him with Akiyama waiting for him instead.

As he left Kenzo approached the window 'The annihilation tournament is about to begin.' He thought as he took a seat at his computer and began to type. 'Mr.Ohta is handling the information so I don't have to worry about that front.' He thought before he narrowed his eyes

'It's time to take control of this nation.'

Line break.

"It's finally time." Kazuo as the limo stoped in front of the hotel that Izuku was living in. The boy himself was standing in front of the building no doubt waiting for them along with a woman that could only be his mother along with a massive man with long black hair. His mother was crying and hugging Izuku tightly before the man gently pulled her away and gave the boy a pat on the back and said something which caused Izuku to grin and give a nod before turning and walking towards the limo.

"Mr.Yamashita, Ms.Akiyama." Izuku greeted as he entered the limo. "Hello Izuku are you ready for the trials ahead?" Kaede greeted getting a grin from the teen. "I can't wait to get started." He confirmed early being able to contain his excitement.

"So Izuku I'm guessing this were your parents?" Kazuo asked getting a shake of the head from Izuku. "That was my mother Inko Midoriya but the man was my martial arts instructor Yuuichirou Hanma. I haven't seen my father in person in years." He admitted getting looks from the two but before they could speak he raised his hand.

"Save it, it's not what you think. It's because of his job that he's kept him away and  I speak with him almost daily over the phone." Izuku was quick to explain not wanting to go any deeper with his family situation at the moment.

The two slowly nodded before Kazuo asked his next question. "So what Mr.Hanma there to see you off?" He questioned and Izuku once more shock his head. "He's going to be staying with my mother until the annihilation tournament is over. Turns out he was a former fighter in the Kengan fights and knows just how dangerous some of these company ceos can be. So he'll be protecting her in case someone tries something." Izuku explained getting looks of understanding from the two as they headed for the pier.

A sudden change.

The mass simultaneous leave of absence of the directors of the top business of Japan brought about major turmoil to the economy.

It was past sunset by the time they had arrived at the pier were they would be departing which was over run by people. Kaede explained that it was only natural since that there would be 151 corporations entering the tournament, meaning there would be 151 fighters competing for the top spot, information that did not help Kazuo's nerves.

Kazuo also noted that Kaede was still with them instead of with Nogi to which she waved away by saying not worry about them and adding on who even cares about them in the first place. What she didn't say was that she was growing more and more annoyed with Nogi recently. From not warning her that Hatsumi would be their fighter and the fact that they seem to be keep things from her. She's quickly losing the last of her patience with them.
