New York Nightmare

Chapter 9- Final

It's 12:00 at midnight. It's time to talk to the spirits. I got a match and lit the candle. I sat on a chair in front of a small table I set up in my room. I said the prayer to summon the ghosts.

I felt a gust of wind pass me. Were they here? "Umm hello?" "Hello....." I heard echoing. "Okay well I'm really freaked out right now and I just want to talk so can you please sit in front of me?" Then I saw the little girl with the black hair in front of me. "Why are you haunting us? Why? And who are you?" She answered, "I was killed by my mother and father when the house burned. They were running out and they left me, burning. Ever since, I wanted to get them back. I was so angry, I just wanted to kill anybody I saw. And you.. you are living in my house." I sat there, stunned. "Well... I'm so sorry about that but you can... umm... live with me?" "Really?" She said. "Yea, I'm sure your parents didn't want to leave you. But it's done. And.. this may sound weird.. but you can join us here if it makes you feel any better." And that was all. She still looked angry.

Then I blew out the candle and went to bed with her. I couldn't stop shaking the whole night. I was nervous. I still don't know who this girl was and why she was in my room. It's 2:00 a.m. I saw the girl above me with a knife in her bloody hands. She gave me and angry stare and said, "YOU WILL DIE!" I gasped and tried calling for help but I knew it was too late.

Hi, this is Rachel, Giselle's sister. I'm writing to say that... Giselle passed away. She woke up with a knife in her heart. Who could've done this? Why? Oh God, why would this happen?
