How long has it been? she's been running away all over the place because her family had sent someone to look after her. She grows exhausters from running to much, she had used a boat to go to other countries but they still chased her!!
She then tripped over a tree branch which caused her to wince in pain but her body couldn't move, she was too tired to do so. She passed out.

She woke up in a bed, she looked around panting since she didn't know if she got captured or not but the place didnt look similar so she assumes that she wasn't captured
Her thoughts was interrupted by a man who walked in
"hatun, you're awake" the man said, "hatun? where am i? who are you?!" sorina asks in panic, the man gestured her to calm down. "dont worry hatun, you're in the ottoman palace..call me haci agha" the man reassured but what? ottoman palace? 'what have i gotten myself into' sorina thought in her head as she facepalms.
"send me away" sorina said in a stern voice, "send you away? noo, his majesty sultan murad khan and valide kösem sultan demanded you to stay here as a slave in the harem" haci agha said making sorina frowned. "slave?! im not a slave!" sorina yelled. "Hush hatun, you are in a palace. I must teach you your manners and the rules" haci agha said in annoyance
"use my name please, my name is sorina" sorina rolled her eyes making the agha did the same thing. "Sorina hatun, come with me now..we are going to the harem" haci agha said making the girl sighs in annoyance.

"This is the harem, you'll be sleeping down here with the other girls and up there is the favorite's floor, it is where the sultan's favorites sleep. You might as well be interested in that" haci agha teased but sorina just rolled her eyes. She looked around just to see the girls glaring at her and gossip about her. "Now, if kösem sultan arrives you must stand in a line and bow..do not raise your head until you are told and that goes the same with his majesty and the other sultanas like Gevherhan sultan, Atike sultan and Ayse sultan" haci agha explained
"Now hatun since you just came, you must clean yourself in hamam. I'll lead the way" haci agha said

The warm water runs down sorina's body as she lets out a relieved sigh. The water was really nice
Sorina knew few languages like of course her mother tongue Romanian, Turkish and English. Though she never thought that learning Turkish was handful
"you are the new girl?" a brunette haired girl walked in, "and you are?" sorina asks. "my name is brielle, yours?" she asks back, "my name is Sorina" sorina said. "im surprised you know turkish" brielle said as she splashed herself with warm water. After a while, brielle sat next to sorina
"kösem sultan will be picking girls who will dance for the sultan today, you might as well join" brielle suggest, "why should i?" sorina asks and brielle lets out a chuckle. "its your only way to getting authority and power, it won't be bad..the sultan is very handsome, im just not interested in him" brielle said. "i dont understand a thing about ottoman" sorina said. "i will tell you the whole history" brielle smiled
and she did tell the whole history of the ottomans and sorina enjoyed hearing it, it was amusing but pretty cruel at the same time
"so, the sultan has a concubine?" sorina asks, "yes her name is Ayse sultan..her first born is a sehzade which makes her a sultana and her sehzade has high chance to claiming the throne" brielle said. "so like you said, padishas are not allowed to have a wife but they are allowed to have concubines right? But you said Sultan Suleiman married a concubine named Hurrem Sultan?" sorina asks in confusion
"She is Hurrem Sultan. One of the strongest women ever, what can we say" brielle said. Sorina just nodded her head in amusement. "well lets get up now or haci agha will kill us"

"DESTURRR!!! VALIDE KÖSEM SULTAN HAZLETELRI!!" haci agha announced, all of the girls stood in a line while heads are down not daring to look up.

"i am, sultana" sorina said, her head is still down. Kösem raised her head, "masyaallah agha..she's as beautiful as you say, what's your name hatun?" kösem asks. "my name is Sorina and i am from Romania, sultana" sorina said with a light smile. "Romania? interesting" kösem smiled before pulling sorina lightly from the line
"go and get her ready agha, my murad will be happy to see her" kösem said with excitement making the agha smile too. "as you wish sultana" haci agha dipped his head
