Chapter 1

His Pov:

I had just finished doing my part-time job so I decided to get something to eat and then head home after doing so I arrived home I was glad that the day was finally over since I had the longest day I walk in and the first thing I see is him making out with another girl yet again.

Let us have a little background shall we? my name is Tristan I am 17 and the boy I had walked in on his name is Ian, my roommate and childhood friend. So how did I meet Ian? Well, it was 10 years ago I can still remember it very well, we had a school trip and i had walked away from the group I had to say with since i got distracted. I didn't notice that I was lost till I turned around of course as a child your first instinct was to cry and crying i did as people just went past me all I did was nothing and just stand there. I hear a voice saying "Are you ok?" It was a cute red-headed boy who seemed to be the same age as me. He offered a handkerchief, and as I finally calmed down he asked if I was lost. At that moment I thought in my head "What do you think" But no I was better than that so I said yes. He offered to help me look. He helped me up and we walked off as our hands were linked to one another. I'm glad I met him that day. But at the same time, I do wish I didn't.

-Fast Forward-

So as Tristan steps in he see Ian with a random girl again. "Ahem," The pair looks in the direction where the noise came from. "Oh hey, Tris! How long have you been there?" "Well, I've been here long enough to see you both starting to strip each other." The two got flustered as Tristan said that "Sorry I should get going!" "So soon" Tristan watched as Ian acts so lovey towards her. "Ian She said she is going let her be"

"Fine!" Ian just kept kissing her goodbye which made Tristan annoyed " Ok Ian I should leave now bye bye darling" "Byee my love" As she left the house Tristan was relieved since he was starting to get sick of the sight of those two.

Tristan Pov

As the girl left I was so happy because seeing the both of them act like that made me sick plus I knew the truth behind it. "Finally she is gone," I said as I sighed in relief "Well someone seems mad today" I forgot that he was still here for a second. "Well I've had a very long day, I don't like coming home and the first thing i see is you kissing a girl" "Well fair point, can you cook something I'm hungry" That made me more annoyed he knows how to cook himself but why is he asking me! "Do it yourself Ian your old enough to know how to cook." I replied " Sheesh you're being so mean today. But fine ill cook no food for you" Yeah yeah say what you want i can cook for myself anyway. "Do what you want Ian" He just looks at me with a confused look

"You don't wanna eat with me?" Well, I'm still full since I just ate. "No I'm full" Just like that he left me alone and went off to cook so i just headed upstairs to study.

As Tristan headed his way to his room, He received a phone call from someone "Hello?" He immediately knew who it was "Neri?" Meet Ms. Neri Sage A tall sporty girl best friend of our dear boy Tristan. "Heyy Tiaaa"

Tristan Pov

"Hey, Tiaaa" That name ticks me the hell out Yes it's a nice name but I don't accept the fact she is calling me by a girl's name. "How many times have I told you to not call me that name ever" What's the point no matter how many times I tell her she will never listen to what I say she is too stubborn kinda reminds me of someone. "Well no matter how many times you say that it won't change my mind" Ahh I shouldn't have said anything but why did she suddenly call? "Tell me how I became friends with such a noisy person" I hope she doesn't get offended by that like last time. "Ahh, how rude of you!" Spoke too soon I guess "Whatever but why are you suddenly calling me I just saw you a couple hours ago?" "Well I was bored so I just called you" What an excellent reason but I know she is hiding something. "C'mon Neri I'm your best friend i know your lying" "eh fine well Zander wanted me to call you guys if you would like to come to the Philippines with us?"

Huh, Philippines? I haven't been there for I don't know how long. "I guess it would be fun but it really depends on when we will go there" For me, I'm completely fine with any since I've finished things that needed to be done but the problem is him. His schedule is always so messy he prefers to do things "later". "Well, I'd like to know when you and Ian are available so we can set the date for it" Hmm I should talk with Ian about this first since I don't know whether he is free or not. "I'll talk to Ian first then I'll call you if we settled on a date" "Alrighty bye Bye Tia"

Author Pov:

After ending the call he proceeded to head downstairs.

Tristan Pov:

Ah jeez, I would love to go back there it's been so long, and I haven't seen any of my relatives or my parents even, This is a great opportunity for me to finally see them again. Summer break is coming in soon that would be the perfect time to head there. Now all I have to do is to talk to Ian about this and figure out when he will be available so that we can book the flight.

Ians Pov:

He is always so moody time what the hell is his problem now? It's not like he hasn't seen me do these things before. But whatever it's none of my business anyways. Ahhh my noodles are done I can finally eat! As I was about to eat, I heard someone yelling. "Ian!! We need to talk!" as he yelled that I said " C'mon, what did I do now I just want to eat dammit" Sooner or later he sat down in front of me "to talk," I asked him saying "What do you want now, and What do you need from me" after asking I just continued eating not looking at him. He just replied saying "How long has it been since you went to the Philippines Ian" Hearing that question I don't even remember the last time I went there

"I don't know 5 years ago?" Hearing my response he just sighed I just looked at him all confused "See It has been a long time since the both of us has been to the Philippines so I received a call from neri she was wondering if you and I would like to go with them to the Philippines along with zander" "Sure I guess I've cleared my schedule anyways"

Tristan Pov:

Well at least he said yes but we have to set a date "What do you think about going there during summer break? I mean break starts in two days" As I said that he doesn't even look at me just starring at his food and nods his head showing that he agreed. "Well since you agree ill give Neri a call so that we can book a flight to go there" As I said that I stood from my chair hearing "Alright" Before I left to make the call.
